Charged me twice for a $100 transaction. Claimed the card was declined and had to pay again even though the transaction went through on my banks end.

Manager said this happens all the time to other customers and that they have to wait for the transactions to go through before they will fix it.

If your card machines are not working, get machines that work. I’ve never had this happen anywhere else.

UPDATE: The product I received was defective so I went back in for a replacement, but the store manager told me to give the defective product as a Christmas gift and they will replace it later since the financials haven’t been taken care of yet. So, it will take me three trips.
