Approximately 2 weeks ago I ordered a relatively substantial meal through the Taco Bell app (totaling about $65 and I think about 15 items) for delivery to my house. I input my address and this location was selected for me (which is odd because there are 2 other locations that are closer). Everything was going according to plan. I was waiting patiently, and excitedly, to devour my highly anticipated Taco Bell feast. I got the updates from door dash (who Taco Bell has designated as their delivery service) and got an estimated delivery time. I obviously had the door dash lady drop it off at my doorstep, cause who likes talking to strangers. I got the ring alert that someone was at my door. I waited a minute or two extra and ripped open the door with the strength of a starved toddler. I suspiciously looked down at a single paper bag and a drink sitting on my porch. This was concerning as I know my typical order takes about 3 bags or so. I immediately opened the bag and found 5 of the cheapest items (value about $10) present and missing about 10 items totaling probably $40-45. Not to mention the $10 tip I gave to the driver and maybe $10 in taxes and fees. I immediately contacted the driver regarding the missing items and was told that she was only given the one bag by the Taco Bell staff and could not help me locate the missing items. I immediately attempted to contact Taco Bell to retrieve my missing order without success. After eating my meager little Taco Bell order soaked in the tears of my total despair, I resorted to third stage of grief and angrily submitted multiple customer support tickets through the Taco Bell website, which also provided no immediate resolution. I believe I was contacted roughly 4-5 business days later by an automated email offering me a $10 coupon on my next order. Seeing as I received less than a third of my $65 order, I felt this resolution was unacceptable. In that moment, I again submitted another customer service ticket which has yet to be acknowledged. So I am now resorting to this public post in the hopes I will finally receive an acknowledgement of their incompetence and a refund for the food I sadly did not get to enjoy. Taco Bell, I eagerly await your reply and brisk resolution to this matter. Oh and if you don’t reply here, or contact me directly through one of my 4 or 5 customer service requests, you can reply on yelp, which will also have an exact copy of this review. Thanks again for your complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. Below I have attached a picture of the order I received along...
Read moreBasically every time I have gone here, I don't have the greatest experience. Specifically today, I pulled up in the drive thru and the guy says, "Hold on, I'll be with you in a minute." OK cool, not a problem. However I looked at the clock and it took them a total of 6 minutes to respond at all. Then the guy says, in a very fast and exasperated tone, "Welcome to Taco Bell what can I get for you." As I was about to speak, he says "Hello?" I say "Hi. Can I get a cinnamon twist?" He says "Is that it?" I said "And a small pink lemonade." He says, "Is that it?" I said yes and finished the order, but I was honestly realllly not happy at this point. In the first place, making me wait is technically an inconvenience for me meaning that they should make up for it by apologizing or at least recognizing my wait and not rushing my order. Now obviously I say that waiting is an inconvenience as a little bit of an exaggeration but the point is that I was already upset about waiting that long with no explanation or anything and then I felt like they had zero patience for me, a person who had not even had a chance to speak yet. As a Chick-fil-A employee I have come to realize that to have good customer service all you have to do is be a decent person. I know it's difficult to deal with rude customers, but in my case I was not a rude customer as I had not even said a word. A few other times have been similar with both the girl taking my order sounding like she was depressed and had nothing left to live for and the cashier obviously annoyed that I used 4 quarters, a nickel and 3 pennies to pay for my one item that came out to $1.08, like it was a major inconvenience in their life. I was absolutely unimpressed with their...
Read moreThis is the very first time I’ve ever reviewed any restaurant or establishment in my life and the only reason I’m doing it now is because I experienced the BEST customer service in my 22 years of being alive.
This Taco Bell WAS the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to about 7 months ago. My coworkers and I would frequently come here on our breaks during the night and we would wait for so long we would extend over our 30 minute breaks for small orders it was ridiculous. We literally got in trouble even though we are almost walking distance to Taco Bell. In addition, the customer service was horrible.
Today I decided to return only because I love the Spicy Potato Taco.
I was met with the most enthusiastic and GENUINELY friendly employee I’ve ever met. Taco Bell management if you’re reading this Julian is a solid employee. As a previous level 4 In N Out employee where we have a reputation for our customer service. Julian blew away any one I ever worked with because it felt like I was talking to a real person who actually cared about my food/day/and how I was feeling. Not someone who is trained to be happy and optimistic. Julian is the best fast employee I’ve ever met and he is the only reason I’m writing this. His charisma is going to take him far.
I did want to mention that before this, today was also one of the worst days of my life. I visited a psychiatrist for the first time and was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and possibly hypothyroidism. I spent the day crying in my room alone before I had to work an 8 hour shift. This really pulled me out of it and turned my day around
Thanks Julian 100% will be back for the Spicy...
