Bubble House — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Stopped buy after shopping at Westgate mall and stood there for a good 3 minutes before was even acknowledged. Man bun guy who I assume was a manger was helping the two other people and saw my daughter and I waiting and he went to the back. When she finally ordered her drink we patiently waited. Their drinks are really good, but the customer service could use some attention. My drink order was incorrect and I didn't notice until I was leaving the mall. I come here often as it's the only place by my house that serves bubble tea. This is the first time I was highly dissatisfied with the levels of customer service I received. Not sure if this guy was the owner, but I will avoid this place if I see his face. I am a business owner as well and its the little things that make the difference when winning...

My teens loke this place. The teas are good. However, it's a Sunday afternoon and you all have this one girl working here by herself. That's not safe.
