We had a somewhat bad review the last time we went. Noah, the manager contacted me by EMail. He reassured me he would like to make our experience better the next time and he did. I was happy he addressed my concerns . Thank you Noah for the wonderful experience at BigAir today. I give you a 10 star for doing such a wonderful job Making BiGAIR so great for all that come there to play. It is managers like you that needs a big pat on the back....

Okay here's another situation where we went shopping and this popped up... We didn't even know we had a Westgate Crossing :-/.. seriously it must be the annex across from the mall .????? They offer no explanation. So, what are we supposed to say it was - ummm - okie dokie. :-/ They have parking spaces... They have an entrance and an exit... I didn't fall in any potholes or trip over any dilapidated parts.. So Okie...

Westgate seems to be following in the footsteps of so many other malls. The parking lots and roads around them are starting to show wear and tear and no repair. The mall itself could use a facelift but no one seems too interested in doing so. The stores that have stayed are still very nice but it seems that the handwriting may be on the wall...
