😡 so I bought this handicap lift for my truck 2 months ago the Bruno stowaway for $6800 I have used it about a total a 15 times cause half the time I’m so in a rush and I pick her up it has given me problems 3 times already and left me stuck in Orlando for and hr last Monday cause it wouldn’t go back down well I have had enough with this product I went to business I bought it from they have no return policy and lied to me and said I needed to deal with the manufacturer because they get charged fees for returning well really so I called Bruno they told me there was no return fees that they would refund the company the cost they sold them the product well the reason that mobility styles on SR 50 doesn’t want to give me my money back cause they up the price of the product probably so much they don’t want to give up that money !! 😡 like really ppl need these product and once again u have people like mobility styles that take advantage of handycap ppl !! Please don’t go to this company mobility styles on SR 50 they don’t care about costumer service they care about money in there pockets now I can’t return it I have to fix it but not thru them I will have to find...

Mobility styles has been a Blessing with all. If my limitations equipment. At the beginning we brought the Mercedes Benz so I can use my new rehab wheel chair.tgey made a mistake with the measurements when they were to install the lift. So I still use my old wheel chair to go out and use the new lift in the van and my rehab wheel chair for my house. The lift has broken a few times this past year with my old jelopy wheelchair and they have been Amazing with the wheel chair repairs. My husband who travels for me to Brooksville with his reflector clothing on is not used to the economy and why someone on disabled income senior has to pay so much for repairs while on a fixed income.they have been a Blessing in all they do in this store the owner contacted me when they completed and repaired my lift and asked if I can please write another review.they are all a Blessing here especially if your struggle with finances is limited. My husband has had a problem walking long distances for some time but was hesitant to get any kind of mobile assistance. We stopped in the store and was given a very friendly greeting by Matthew. We told him what ours needs were and He explained the difference between the model that would best meet my husbands needs. (We are RVers and needed something “portable” to get around in the Rallies). After taking a test drive around the store, my husband was able to choose the one he felt most comfortable with. This was a huge decision for him. Matthew took the time to explain to us how to operate it, break it down and store in our trunk. He even watch me do a return demonstration to make I was comfortable doing it.
