4/16/25 Review Most things were great. We love visiting this store in St Cloud each time we go through town. There are an incredible amount of fun & interesting goods to look at. The staff works SO hard to make that store look neat and organized is immense. The clothes selection is beyond belief. Please see the photo and realize the time it takes to neatly organize things in these 100s of plastic bags! The drawback we experience is the restroom. They now have a lock where customers have to find staff to ask them to unlock the door for them. This can be a real inconvenience for elderly who don't always have lots of time for issues. Also, I hate to mention negative things, but it is overly obvious cleanliness in their restroom is no concern for this store. Often times I like to post photos, but I hate to go that far. Stores need to know people can't enjoy shopping when they have to use the restroom badly.

So we went into this store hoping for some cool shirts or a Kanye west CD. But then we found this work of art, the guitar hero on ds. So we’re like that is sick, so we purchased this beloved item. So we bought it and got to our car and turned on sum yung gravy. I started unboxing this amazing thing and saw that the game was Tony hawk. I was flabbergasted with anger, I can’t believe those emo nerds didn’t check if it was the right game. U guys also have the worst cds. So that’s why I gave it a one star.

i don’t normally write reviews but my experience in the store the other day has finally gotten on my last nerves.

there are two staff members who on multiple occasions i have witnesses been extremely rude and honestly derogatory to somali shoppers.

racism and mistreatment to somali people in saint cloud is rampant as it is.

firstly the manager cori—not only have i witnessed her make racist comments such as telling a somali man to ‘speak english’ multiple times when he didn’t understand the exchange process due to the language barrier. she is just RUDE to anyone who doesn’t speak english or might appear to have learned english as a second language. but don’t worry she’ll tell her coworkers that she has a gay brother so how could she be racist or homophobic, or anything! you can have empathy and patience for people who are learning the only language you speak. be normal!

now the actual reason why i made this post, the other day i was in the back of the store looking at children’s clothes when i heard the cashier carley raising her voice at a customer, so loudly and demeaning i thought she was actually talking to a child, i went to the jewelry section to see what was happening and it was obvious that an older somali man pointed at her to have her scan his items and instead of explaining it nicely or idk—scanning his items and ending the situation there which is what we were told to do many months back, she yelled at him for 5+ minutes from the hanger area—pointing her cane at him talking to him like a child “come on you can do it, the scanner right to the right of you.” it was actually disgusting.

i understand getting frustrated at older men telling you to do things just because you’re a woman—i have experienced the same exact situations before but to sit there, yell, and honestly degrade a man who probably isn’t fluent in english or used to a self check out system, is RIDICULOUS. this is not the first time i have seen her act rudely to a customer.

i have had no issues with the staff that has been hired in the last 8 months or so but the front end staff that has been there for 1+ year have lost their decency when it comes to respect especially to the somali community, please learn to have...

I've been going to savers for a long time. Today I was checking out, my youngest got to pick out a toy as she was being good, listening, being respectful and what not. The you didn't have a price tag... I told my daughter go tell the lady it doesn't have a price. She went up to the lady and told the lady she snatched it out of my 3 year olds hands and told her she couldn't have it there's no tag. My daughters 3 and all she understood was you grabbing it from her like she did something wrong! People did jump to defend my daughter but we all asked for a manager several minutes later a manager comes and the manager didn't care at all about the situation. It was a ugly rubber black cat maybe $3-$5 I would have paid more just to fix it for my daughter and yet management sided with the crappiest worker I have ever met. I told management she's on camera watch what she did to my daughter the manager didn't care! Shame on you Savers for not redirecting your employee and shame on you the worker and management for not apologizing to my daughter either! Btw worker excuse she doesn't have the brain management to understand how deal with children! Your in...

Prices are out of control. I used to love shopping here, but over the last two years prices have gotten insane. Doesn’t matter what I’m looking for, I can almost always buy new for the same or sometimes less than the prices Savers has. This stuff is donated to this company and they have tons of shipping containers full of donations out back. They could sell everything for fifty cents and still make out like bandits.

I went in today and saw items that would be $3 at most at any other thrift store priced at over twenty dollars. I was looking at home and holiday decor and just could not believe what they were charging. I had given up on clothes and shoes because I would rather not pay $11 for an out of style stained up walmart shirt, or nasty shoes in similar condition with an asking price of $25. It is ridiculous.

Well now I am done attempting to find decor or anything here. There are other thrift stores in town. In my opinion this place is a waste of time and...
