St Cloud Floral — Local services in St. Cloud

My experience with St. Cloud floral was great up until the day of the wedding. We had gone over all the colors and exact flowers I had requested for the bouquet and a side order of flowers in bulk. When I received the bulk flower order it was an assortment of flowers instead of roses which I had asked for, they also were not the color I was told that I could get. Not only did it throw off the centerpieces with the flowers but the colors were all over the place. We had to scramble to figure out where to place these extra flowers, that I had paid a good amount of money for, because they couldn’t go into the centerpieces. When our bouquets arrived I was thrown off by the size of mine because I had requested a cascading one and it looked as if it was just a normal sized bouquet, which I paid a lot to have it cascade. The bridesmaids bouquets were all different colors of purples and were suppose to have more white hydrangeas and roses than anything because of their lilac colored dresses. I did not even notice until my pictures from the wedding came back and they all just blend in too much. I ordered a "You're Still the One" bouquet from St. Cloud Floral, and I can't speak highly enough about St. Cloud Floral. The bouquet itself was the best bouquet I've ever bought - better than places I've ordered from in DC (where I live), Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Florida, etc. It was beautiful when it was delivered, and it somehow got more and more beautiful over the following two weeks. Usually bouquets are a bit disappointing compared to the website picture, but this bouquet ended up being even better than the website picture. Not only were the flowers outstanding, but the customer service was some of the best I've ever had - they called me to fix a phone number that was wrong (I had no idea I put in an incorrect number), and they worked with me to set a delivery time that worked for the recipient. In every way, St. Cloud Floral is the best florist I've ever...

Story. I needed 7 small bouquets. Ordered from Waite Park Cashwise initially for 2 flowers and 2 fillers with water picks and they charged me $70 (after initially estimating it shouldn't cost more than $35) as well as poorly handling them (when put in a bag, petals fell off and baby's breath snapped) having very poor attitudes and giving me mostly buds, not bloomed flowers. So, after getting ripped off by Cashwise (Moral of that story is don't go there) I re ordered the 7 small arrangements, this time just doing 1 flower and 1 filler with waterpicks and St Cloud Floral charged roughly $18, and that also included ribbons on each with individual bags AND wrapped in paper. Much more affordable, much friendlier professional service and much more worth my time and money. So, now I know for future reference, this is the place to go. Thankyou so...
