I ordered a few things from Amazon and was expecting three different packages from three different carriers yesterday. One from USPS, UPS and Amazon. I received my packages on-time from UPS and Amazon plus another one from Amazon today. All of those came promptly and without issue. Guess which one didn't come at all? Apparently, that USPS carrier had "no access to my front driveway/front door" which makes no sense since I received all my other packages without issue. I went to the USPS that same day and the lady told me to come tomorrow to pick it up as the package probably had not arrived yet. I went the next day and that same lady told me she couldn't find the package and that it was probably going to be attempted to be delivered again today. Go figure. She said if it could not be delivered today then I'd have to come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me? I have to go back again? This is absolutely ridiculous, if the carrier has issue with delivering my package then ring my doorbell and let me know. If I can bring groceries from Costco, from my driveway to my house with no problem, I can bring a package.
USPS is an absolutely terrible place to receive packages from. They can't even deliver mail properly. It seems every week, I'm always receiving another neighbor's mail. Not to mention, forcing people to drive to the post office and then coming back empty handed. This isn't the first problem I've had with USPS and I know it won't be my last. I've never had this problem with any other package carriers. It's no wonder Amazon is taking control of shipping more and more of their own packages, save costs and if someone else can't do the job right, might as well do it yourself.
I really wish I could always choose who I receive my packages from, life would be a lot less stressful that way. USPS, stick to the only thing you're decent at, delivering mail and leave the packages to the...
Read moreI am the clerk Maryam Zare is referring to she came into the office with the most aggressive horrible attitude a person could have. She was throwing paper work at me trying to show me that she had an appointment but let’s back track when I went to the front counter it was to send a letter for a carrier that was also up front and Maryam Zare just began talking to me because she was waiting for the passport I informed her that passport start at 8:30 and it was about 8:15 she said no I have an appointment throwing the paper and I just show her that she was not on the list because the first appointment was another person and what she was seeing was Stafford start time and then she start name calling and I told her that their are consequences to her actions and that Stafford would not assist her today because of the racism she in fact displayed not the way she claimed I am one of the kindest person you would come across going out of my way to assist and because people like Maryam Zare and her lies and behavior makes you want to not help anyone or going the extra mile she and people like her is the reason why postal people are rude because they encounter people like Maryam Zare if the public or her job would have been in the office that day she would have been fired she really should be ashamed of herself for writing lies next time I will start recording people like her and I will be contacting the passport office about her in she will never be able to process a passport with the postal service ever again she will have to go to 1919...
Read moreThe first time I came here, I had a 5 star experience. The lady helping me was very nice and helpful and helped me with setting up a general delivery account for the summer and let me know how to get packages delivered there. Come today, I wish I could give 0 stars. I received a notification from Amazon that my package had been delivered to the post office with a picture and the delivery confirmation. A different lady was there today and was acting annoyed right from the start. She told me there weren’t any packages there for me, even though I had the delivery confirmation on my phone. I showed her that it was from Amazon and the confirmation ID and she insisted that I needed my tracking number to get my package. I spent 30 minutes talking to an Amazon associate and the worker came over to kick me out of the store even though she told me to stand there while I tried to figure it out. She told me the cameras were rolling and that “they” (whoever they is) would wonder why I wasn’t being helped so I had to leave. I repeated myself probably close to 20 times each time I told her something just so she would understand. Not like she didn’t understand my English or I didn’t understand hers, but it just felt like she wasn’t actually listening to anything I told her. Overall this experience left me very frustrated and I never got...
