I went in to pick up my online order at this location Stonecrest Mall and I encounter a very rude cashier I asked for my order she went in the back and picked it up and just put it on the counter and turned her back on me. I looked in my order myself and I noticed that a couple of items was missing. I asked about the items and then she ran over to her manager Bees at the front not sure what she said but I figured was something negative. All I asked about my missing item. The manager Miss B came over and stated that I needed to speak to customer service about the missing items and I'm asking her why. So I told her that I would like to return my items she didn't give me any other option.
The cashier had the candle that was mines that I had paid for and I asked her for it and she handed it to me she stated I snatched it from her. There is cameras all over that building that store and for some reason she had a very negative attitude towards me. This is why I shop at Conyers customer service is 100% Five cashiers doing nothing in the store but chatting at the time I arrive. She continued to argue with me. Another staff came into assist me and I asked her why I could not just return those items and repurchase them so I could get my free item I had paid for all of the items and they wasn't giving me my free item. She stated I could she exchanged all the items she escort me to the front for the items that I was missing and she helped me to select an item That's true customer service. She was your assistant manager Ms. Tanjia.
Miss Bees's unfortunately listened to her rude cashier who pretty much didn't want to be at work and didn't want to services me so moving for I will continue to go to Conyers and not shop in my community. It is so sad that we can shop at stonecrest and receive the best customer service. Yes they have items because they hav poor customer services less sales I am pretty sure.
When you walk into Conyers and you have an online order you pick up your online order at the front door they go and get it and assist you if there's any missing items they help you and they help you to locate it in the store and resell it to you with no questions ask. Moving forward stonecrest has the worst customer service it's just so sad they are in our community and they wonder why people don't shop in stonecrest Mall. Sad part they blamed on online and it was a cashier who was not interested in providing excellent customer services. Please review your camera to see your worker behavior with me.
Mall of Stonecrest needs to meet with the ,community families to see why there's vendor are rude to the customers and providing adequate services to their customers.    Read moreWorst customer service I ever encountered. Visited this store a week ago to pick up items I ordered online. While I was waiting in line I picked up two items. Before I could get to the counter the sales clerk asked me (in a rush) did I have a pickup. Which I replied yes. She went to the computer to pull up the order and she was having some difficulties in finding it and one of the other clerks came up and told her she will help her. The first clerk proceeded to the next customer. When my bag was located I told the second clerk that I wanted to also pay for the other items which I had placed on the counter earlier. She said she couldnât ring me up and I would have to go and get back in the line. I told her I was just in the line. The first clerk started complaining to the customer she was assisting about me that I only said I had a pickup. I told her the items were placed on the counter right in front of her and she said with an attitude that she didnât see them. Very humiliated I decided to take the high road and walked out the store.
