I arranged the price for my new 2017 Honda Accord online with Todd Muller. Todd was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He had a wonderful response time, which ultimately lead me to the doors of the this dealership, over other dealerships, that Saturday morning. When I entered, I was greeted warmly by Todd and saleman Gary Goughnour. Despite the fact that I had already arranged to purchase the car that morning and it was essentially a done deal, Gary took the time to show me all of the features of the car and go on a test drive. I wanted to see a certain color interior and exterior, which they did not have available, but Gary did everything in his power to try to find those colors on the lot. When we returned from the test drive I was also warmly greeted by Sales Manager Mike Pietrangelo, who also answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and who treated me with the utmost respect. I was most happy to find out that Mike is into rescuing and fostering dogs. As a result of the interactions with Todd, Gary, and Mike, I decided that we would purchase a second Honda Accord for my husband. Buying a new car tends to be a huge hassle and dealing with salesmen tends to be an even bigger hassle. I have very little patience for the car buying experience and am often hard to please. I must say that I had an absolutely wonderful time that Saturday morning. These 3 gentlemen were fantastic to work with, and I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a car to contact them. We pick up our new cars on tomorrow, and we couldn't be anymore excited to walk into the dealership again! Thank you Todd, Gary, and Mike for being truly stand-up individuals! Thank you Classic for having such a great staff...
Read moreOver the last month, we’ve received outstanding service from Gina Balas multiple times in the service department.
I’ve been a Honda customer for over 25 years. Recently, my 2011 Pilot has started to show wear and tear after nearly 200,000 miles. I love this car and the idea of having to part ways with it is stressing me out. On a recent service trip, Gina walked me through each of the repair recommendations from the technician. The news was not great…the car needed extensive work. I decided to authorize one of the repairs (to spread the cost out) which required a parts special order. The part arrived within a few days and I received a follow up call to schedule the repair.
In between waiting for the parts to arrive and the follow up call, I had come to grips with the fact that the repairs were not worth the investment, and it was time to start looking for a new car. I called Gina and explained to her that I was no longer convinced the repair was the best option. I felt terrible because the part was a special order. Gina sprang into action. She spoke with the parts manager and was able to orchestrate a return of the parts and more importantly, a full refund (I had to pre-pay since it was a special order). She never once made me feel guilty and demonstrated flexibility with the dealership policy, taking into account my loyalty and track record with service. She was kind, empathetic, and extremely thorough. She even mailed me a copy of the refund receipt to close the loop on the process.
While this might not seem like a big deal to some, I am grateful for Gina’s help. With the cost of services in today’s world, we don’t often get the luxury of a do over when it comes to purchases. It’s experiences like this one that keep me coming back....
Read moreI used to love bringing my car here for maintenance but over time I noticed they tend to overcharge for work, blow issues out of proportion, and nickel & dime fees.
Had to pay around $120 on two occasions just for a guy to "look" at a potential issue or concern I had. Most shops don't charge a fee to glance at an issue before giving you the quote for the parts and labor to do an actual repair.
Told me at one point I had an antifreeze leak that needed a major expensive repair, had a mechanic relative look at it and found no leak. The next two oil changes the issue magically disappeared and was never discussed again.
Would not swap the stock rims on my car with other stock rims because "they are not the original wheels for that model". All they had to do was bolt them on, same model but different years. Really?
The free carwash has caused small scratches to my paint on at least two occasions, which was disappointing. I stopped asking for the service eventually, not worth the damage.
The final straw was when I got a hole in my muffler. They quoted me 900-1400 dollars to replace the ENTIRE muffler system, because they couldn't cut out the one bad piece that rusted. I went down the street to Midas, and they welded in a new piece for $300. Car sounds good as new. They told me the quote was confusing, unprofessional, and was missing most of the important information. Incredibly disappointed because this dealership did well by me the first 2 years, but has usually been a hassle outside of oil changes and minor work.
I will never be bringing my car here again. The only redeeming quality about this place is the service desk employees, which were always kind despite whatever BS the mechanics...
