BUYERS BEWAREEEE!!!!
I forgot to start with: my husband called because this car looked like everything I wanted From there I texted one sales person(not the one talked about below) of the VIN, mileage, what’s owed/ paid, on the trade ins and I did my research on everything, but not this new beaut I had my eyes on… First red flag was the very well known sales tactic of blowing someone up to come take a test drive and for them to see the cars, but excessively.
Went in for said car.. noticed some imperfections (but random, not like “omg I see what happened here”) and instantly had that feeling "has this car been wrecked?" sales man confidently hands us the car fax and says "the auction didnt report anything else either". I am glad I am able to give them 1 star because they were very patient, somewhat accommodating with our 2 young children (thank you for the caffeine boost too), but the process was way too long.. I let them know I had to leave at a certain time, which I felt confident would be successful, and we were still there 4 hours, had to cancel 2 appointments with clients, and this is after they had ALL information about the trade ins via text messaging — this isn’t my first rodeo. We work a lot and have children!
AS I WAS SIGNING THEY DECIDED TO MUMBLE THAT THE CAR WAS WRECKED (I said “WHAT?? I was told it wasn’t?” And the financing person (will not name drop) says “yeah — should have disclosed this”. !!!!! I was in a rush and said “well is it too late now?” And not thinking to just walk away continues to sign the few other papers…drive the car off to converse this with my husband, which hadnt signed his part (looking back makes me feel that this was trying to be hidden too) so we came back, and my husband demanded (they only wanted this to be shown on the computer, but it’s in our hands now) that they print out what the auction showed them.. SEVERE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE** Recalls & FRAME/UNIBODY DAMAGE
they're asking a base price of what others (very close by) are for 10,000 less miles, and hiding something VERY important... the whole structure and we have a family driving in this car.. Looking back to the last few hours, it is very obvious-- red flags were missed. Begging my husband to put in his google review half way through when we waited for literally... NOTHING (for said sales man). and went above and beyond to charge his phone to do so.. fast forward to the subtle encouragement for my husband to leave the room for the final papers for me to sign to try to miss the fact that THERE IS A HUGE WRECK ON THE CAR!!!
when we went back and said we want our trade ins back, they offered $1,000...
after the deceit, taking our whole day, and still has a $4,000 check of ours that I would prefer be given back to me, BY HAND-- Also, thanks, but no thanks- for offer that provides NOTHING. You take advantage of people to make a buck- We are a family working hard for what we do and were ready to drive off with what we saw fit… you can be sales people and still be honest and care about others.. if you're hurting for money... get a new career..
Summary: You wasted our time, shattered our trust, and treated us like a sale instead of human beings. You don’t get to play games with people’s lives — especially families just trying to do right by their kids. You lied, you rushed, and you hoped we wouldn’t notice. But we did. And now everyone else will too. You...

Hoo boy. Let me tell you a story about these clowns. Inquired about a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS that was 4k under market. Dubious, but why not find out eh? It was in one "minor" accident in Canada and another road incident that caused damage shortly after. Both were paid for and fixed according to Carfax. Cool. I engage with "Roma" only to discover there were about 4 different folks texting back and forth me with. Weird, but whatever.
Here's where the fun starts. I say I have my own financing ready to go, whoever on the other end begs to let them run my credit. Lol, never on your life kid. They say they can't accept out of state financing and lien titling. I tell them they'll receive a cashier's check when I tell my lender what I want. Their tune changes instantly. They draw up the purchase agreement.
We get to finalizing the deal and of course they tack on 1K for some coating. Told em to get rid of it, they did. Then I see the 387 for doc fee. I know this game. Doc fees are not mandated by any state, but there is a cap. For Ohio, it was raised from $250 to $387 last year.
Everything was fine, but all I asked was that doc fee to be halved. I know if they get audited by the state and it's shown they're charging some folks and not others, that can be seen as discrimination. But I'm not paying the cap as this was an out of state purchase and I'd be doing some of the leg work in titling/registering the car when I brought it back to my home state.
Apparently this was a bridge too far for these scumbags as I was promptly ghosted for a day or two after this request. I call them up and I guess the real "Roma" answers, totally unaware of this exchange. I'm told she'll call back in an hour after chatting with the sales manager. 4 and half hours later, crickets. I text the number asking what the deal is. I get a snarky "The $387 is non-negotiable and if you don't want to pay then, we have nothing to talk about." Lmao, sure dude.
But I had time that day to show these losers what's what. So I say I'm cool with it as the price was reduced that day and made up for the difference. Then whoever this was proceed to try and shake me down saying "Only way we're doing this is if you give us a cashier's check from your bank to ours, no out of state financing." ??? Literally said that was fine yesterday. So I call em out and they throw a hissy fit and at that point I just blocked them, laughing my butt off. Literally screwed themselves out of guaranteed money. And judging by these reviews, I dodged a bullet like Neo from the Matrix. AVOID...
Read moreI purchased my vehicle in September 2024 and had an excellent experience with the sales team. However, my recent visit to the service department was extremely disappointing.
Upon arriving at the service bay, I was initially told by one advisor to "wait a moment." Shortly after, another customer arrived and was assisted immediately by a different advisor. Meanwhile, the advisor who asked me to wait never returned and began helping another customer instead.
Eventually, John approached me and asked how he could help. I explained that I had been overlooked by two other advisors. His response was, "Oh well, I'm here now." I informed him I had an appointment, and though he acknowledged my information was already on his screen, he proceeded to ask what services I needed. I reiterated that I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, and repair of the fuel tank lever, which wouldn’t close properly.
After approximately two hours, John returned but did not review the work completed. When I asked if everything was addressed, he replied, "You’ll be able to read it on the paper when I give it to you." He stated the total amount due but provided no explanation of the services performed. Only after I inquired did he mention they would contact my warranty provider regarding the gas tank lever.
Before leaving, I asked if the tires had been rotated—important because my vehicle requires different sizes for the front and rear. We checked and confirmed they had not been rotated, despite being marked as completed on the paperwork. I took my keys and left.
About ten minutes later, John called to inform me that the fuel lever repair was not covered under warranty. Before I could ask the cost of the repair, he abruptly ended the call. I attempted to call back but received no answer.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Although my maintenance is currently covered under a dealership plan, I will be seeking service elsewhere moving forward—where I feel respected as a customer and confident in the care...
