Long story short, this location is highly disappointing and seems to only be interested in making a sale. For context, here’s my story: My now-husband and I came in 2 weeks before our wedding to pick out our wedding bands. (Yes I’m aware that’s short notice) However, the male sales associate assured my husband and I that the bands would be ready the Friday before our wedding which was planned for Monday. They stated they would call us and let us know when they were ready. Friday rolls around and I don’t receive a call so I call this location. They state that nothing has come in, I respond with the fact that my wedding is on Monday and really need the rings. The woman on the phone states she will call me the next day Saturday when they are ready. Again, I don’t receive a call, so I call. The woman states that they are ready to be picked up. I show up to the store and only my ring is ready. The manager/supervisor apologizes and states that the sales associate never wrote a date that the rings had to be ready by (even though we told him and he assured us they would be ready) and that when I had called Friday she called her jeweler to make sure my ring was ready. She added that since I was the one who called, she didn’t know that we had 2 rings on our order and only asked for mine to be rushed. She gave us the ring from the case and stated that my husband could use it for our ceremony so that he would have something and that she would “see about getting us some money off”. She states that the ring he chose usually can’t be sized and has to be special ordered and that the sales associate should have told us this. (If he had told us this, we would have chose another ring that would have been ready in time. Also for context, the ring in question was about $800 more than the one he would have chose instead.) Anyways, she states that her jeweler has some special equipment that can size the ring but it won’t be ready until Tuesday (the day after our wedding) and that she would call me. Spoiler alert: I never received a call. Yet again. So I call and she states that her jeweler does not have the equipment in his own shop so he needs to go to another to get it and it will be ready by this past Wednesday 7/20. Wednesday rolls around and NO CALL. Today is Friday and my husband receives a call that the ring cannot be sized and it must be ordered. No date as to when we might get it. Read moreI bought necklace there, link broke after few days of wearing it, without anything rough being done to it. When I came in the store they would not want to refund/replace, i had to pay for repair. Repair was done AWFULL , horribly melted together , i asked to be redone, needless to say second time was even worst. I just picked it up and unhappy decided to just keep it like this. My son put its on and it BREAKS AGAIN THE SAME DAMM DAY!!!! again without anything rough being done, he was just laying down on sofa. Obviesuly something wrong with design/angle of these links cuz they cant hold normal wear even.. Since I didnt purchase "warranty" they leaving me alone with this metal piece of garbage.. I managed jewelry store back in Europe and who buys warranty on plain gold piece???!!!!! Something with precious stones yes.. but plain gold necklace??!! Amd I never seen necklace breaking like this easly... They totally dont stand behind their product. My son only wear the necklace few days combained time and it broke TWICE (not in same spot) . Dont shop there! They will leave you on your own with their defective product and wont be of any help. I wish I could post here the picture of how they "repaired" it first time it broke, they just melted several links together.. never again shopping...
