LensCrafters — Attraction in Stroud Township

Called in before my 11am appointment beacuse my insurance was not showing I was covered so I wanted them to run it for me to verify .Was on the phone with the young lady ibriana ( who is amazing btw ) for about 20 minutes until they verified me by group number. Got to this location about 11:10 with my 3yr old and 5yr old mind you this is my first time ever coming to this mall let alone a lens crafters . when you walk in its no signs letting you know where this store is located. I let the gentlmen know I was here for my 11am appointment he rudley goes well its 11:10 so your going to have to wait and i'm going to rebook you for 11:20. I look around and its literally 2 people getting classes . He already look bothered which isn't my issue I am here for my glasses . I let him know that I called prior because THEIR system was not finding me and I had to verify I was covered ( mind you he was helping Ibriana on the phone because he said yes I remeber ) So clearly you know I am a new customer who does not know what part of the mall your located who was already having issues with the registration forms you sent me . So me being late was bound to happen. Anyway I sat down waited to be seen and IBRIANA called me and let me just say hands down this girl deserves 5 stars she was so warm and welcoming to not only be but my little ones she showed them what my eye looked like on the cp and they were so intrested I love how she implemeted a learning lession into my doctors visit with my little ones she taught them how to spell my name and kept them informed on what she was doing to me everytime she had me look into a device or puff air into my eye . Her customer service skills are beyong exepctional and this location should be lucky to have her . Getting glasses are usually not a fun experience but she made my day truly the kids and I had a mini fashion show with me trying in different frames and she assisted every way she could . Everyone else I interacted with at this location seemed robotic it's nice to actually have conversation with an actual person .But anyway after I pick up my frames I would not be returning to this Lens Crafters the atmosphere just wasn't it for me . I have been coming to Lenscrafters in Stroud Mall for 11 years now. I enjoy the convienence and how easy it is to schedule my yearly eye exam as well as purchase my glasses every year as my prescriptions always change. Dr. Meade is professional and pleasant and very knowledgeable about my eye afflictions. Jill, Anthony, Amanda and John (the store manager)and any other staff members are always helpful with processing my order. I came in on Sunday afternoon and John was alone due to his staff being on break. He greeted me when I walked in and asked me to wait while he finished his phone call with another client. Once he was free he asked me how he could help and quickly finished my order of a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. He explained the breakdown of costs for everything and made sure I got the promotional discounts for my second pair of glasses. He told me my order would be ready in 7 to 10 days and to wait for 2 separate notifications (1 for each pair) so I would be able to make 1 trip for pickup. Occasionally I walk in to have my glasses re-adjusted throughout the year. Someone is always there to take care of me and they let me know if I have to wait a bit because they are taking care of another client first. I appreciate the personal manner in which all the employees deal with me. As long as you have such caring and pleasant staff, I will keep coming back to Lenscrafters in...

This Lenscrafters is a hidden gem! I just wish I'd found them sooner! I enjoyed every minute of my time there! Joe was amazing! He greeted me the minute I walked in. He was friendly and very well acquainted with all the products and services. When I asked about a frame I saw online, Joe brought it to me in literally less than a minute! He took the time to help me understand the different options I had concerning frames and the current sale. He performed my pre-exam with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent customer care from start to finish! Dr. Anton was absolutely wonderful!!! Truly a caring person! Right away, he let me know that the room and equipment were cleaned. He performed my exam professionally and in a very relaxed way. He explained everything throughout the exam and patiently took the time to answer all my questions and discuss my vision needs to make sure I'd be comfortable and happy.
