This is the third time I went into the store. I had to open up my account on federal highway because when I went into this store about 6 months ago, I got ridiculous service. I literally felt like I was made fun of when I went into the store. I was a new customer trying to transfer one of my att phones to tmobile. I got a temporary phone with a new account in the North Miami Beach store. The agent did a great job explaining everything and I took a cheaper phone knowing the new Iphone comes out every year. I went into this store with that phone to do my upgrade and the representative told me that my phone is worthless. I almost believed him and I put my phone on offer up to sell it, in the mean time I called tmobile and they traded it in for $830. So I went in the last time so I can give the trade in at the store and the store employee told me I have to take it to the same store I purchased it. If you go online to check this also, it says that you can take it to "a tmobile store". Also last night the tmobile representative told me I can take it to 'A STORE" This store is definitely not a good store to represent a good company. This is not professional at all. Read moreI bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max case for $42 a few days before my phone delivers to my house. when I opened it I realized it’s not a pro max it’s a 12 pro. so I had to return it and get a refund back. I was looking for a guy named Daniel and he was not in there and then I met up with some other dude who was helping me out. I told him if I can return the case and he said If I had the receipt. But daniel never gave me the receipt. His job is to simply give me the receipt or ask “would you like your receipt?” The next day I came back I met up with Daniel and I asked him the same thing and I told him that he didn’t give me the receipt in case I have to return it. he asked me what’s my information or name and I said I don’t think I put my name on there I was probably being selected as guest. After that he refused to give me the refund and then I had no idea what I’m gonna do with that case what’s the point. I just got my iPhone 12 Pro and decided to buy a case for it because I’m afraid I dropped it and cracked. I went into the store wanting to buy a watch. The salesperson Vadym told me to wait as he was selling it at the moment. After a while, he didn't sell it and gave it to me, when his other colleague came and got my information for the purchase something happened in the system. Vadym was still busy with the same clients who didn't buy the watch. His colleague gave him the watch and told me to wait and that he was going to resolve this issue and I could be able to buy the watch. 30 minutes pass by while he is still talking to the same clients.
