I have never been to a library, let alone any public area and been treated this badly! The staff attacked me and yelled at me because I forgot to sign back into that study room after my first hour was done. There was banging on the doors, yelling, and he even went as far as to create lies to get me actually kicked out of there by security. I was just an innocent student going in there every day to study for my upcoming exam. I brought no trouble, if anyone needed the study room and my hour was up i gave it to them! But the way I was treated here was insane. After I left the room for some one else to use it, I sat outside the room quietly. When the guy in the room was done I got up to go back in. That’s when the “Manager” came to the door and yelled at me to get up immediately because I did not sign a paper. THEY NEED TO HIRE NEE STAFF THERE NOW!!! I would have given this library 5 stars, but the front desk staff made my experience unpleasant. The lady at the front desk is very rude. I simply asked where I should return my book, and while I waited respectfully (since she was helping others), I asked, “Can I just leave it here with you?” She responded with just a nod and a dismissive hand movement.
This is the second time I’ve come to this location, and I’ve only ever seen her at the front. On top of that, I later called to confirm my book was checked in only to find out she hadn’t processed it. Luckily I followed up, because it would have looked like I didn’t return it.
Other than this, the library itself is clean, well-organized, and has a lot to offer. I just wish the customer service matched the quality...

The people here are extremely rude. The front desk lady has a terrible attitude. I asked her about printing some pages, on the computer the total was .30 cents for 28 pages, when I got to her desk she said who told me that, that it was 2.50 which is fine i don't care about the money but that was sketchy and then I told her i had a card to pay for it and she said no give me the cash....to then i proceeded to say I don't have cash. This lady gets out from my sit and tells the other guy that I wanted to print but i don't have money....it was just such a weird exchange. They need to be taught...
