I would give -100 if I can. The worst experience ever. The first time I went to this place, I spent almost $300. I bought my uncle 4 T-shirts that were small. Next day I went back to exchange all of them but we couldn't find any bigger sizes. Any way I exchanged them to a 2 swimming suites. The first exchange experience they refused to exchange and they said that the clothes smell like smoke. I got so frustrated because this is just an excuse to not exchange them. So I called another employee to ask her if it does smell. But she was confused or scared from the manager. And said yes there is a little smell which is a lie. To make the story short, the swimming suites were too small, the employee did not say that it can't be even exchanged. I tried just one at the hotel with the protection but sadly it did not fit even if it was L size (by the way i am not fat) . I went to exchange them but they were so rude, disrespectful, and discriminating against me and my sister who cover and wear al-hijab. They refused to exchange them and I tried to tell them that I did not know. And the employee who helped me to pick them did not tell that no way to exchange any underway or swimming suite. She even tried to tell them that but they were so mean and you don't need to explain anything. And said I did exchange clothes two days ago. I told I have the right to exchange as much as I need if I have the receipt and the tags. The manager and another rude employee were talking so nasty about me exchanging twice. And one of them said this the last time she will make an exchange for me. I asked her that I need the receipt she took it from my hand so rudely and said no this is our and I will make another exchange for you. I told her I will never buy again from any of your stores. But my lawyer will take care of the discrimination against us. I felt so insulted and disrespected. No doubt, I will hire a lawyer when I get back to my state so he will take care of the disrespect and discrimination against me...
Read morePlease BE AWARE of Wings the beach ware store!! I bought 3 baseball hats, at Wings on Collins Av e, paid $28 each. Then I went to CVS in the same plaza, I saw the same hats for $14 each!!! Of course, I went back to wings immediately and asked for a return. They informed me the store doesn't even take returns! So I let the staff know they are overpriced by double! Hard to tell what upset me more- overpriced goods, return policy or customer service. First of all, I don’t know any store with a no return policy, except some medical and personal goods. And second, what a brazen and disrespectful policy of the store towards customers, to have so much audacity to inflate the price of goods several times!! Never again will I step foot in the store and will tell everyone I can to avoid the wings stores. Their sign on the store should read open,...
Read moreIt’s a nice gift shop located across the street from Sunny Isles Beach. They have a great selection of clothing and other souvenirs, but I was kind of upset that 85% of all the souvenirs said Miami Beach considering it is called Sunny Isles Beach. I got lucky though and found one of the only sweatshirts that said Sunny Isles on it. Also the lady working the cash register was very sweet and helpful when I had a mishap happen. I bought a shirt that was $20, and realized when I got back to my hotel I was charged $28 for it. I called and she let me come back and get my $8 and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, it’s a nice gift shop just a little pricy, but I got nice quality items...
