I went to this store yesterday and the lady didn’t even say hello when I said hello twice. She kept herself reading a book and with a gum in her mouth. Disgusting!!!! She doesn’t have any type or education and of course she doesn’t know what working with the public means (customer service) The worst thing is that she’s an adult so she’s supposed to act like that. I live in the area and I was looking for a nice gift for my boyfriend’s house because he’s from Russia. The store looks very cute and I really liked a few things from there, but this woman I don’t know what was wrong with her. She didn’t help, she did nothing. Definitely worst customer service ever. The owner better find a nice and well educated employee. Who knows how many clients the store loses just because this lady behavior. Incredible!!!! I’m not coming back to this place...
