Менеджер (по имени Кристина) разговаривала очень неприемлемо – грубо, пренебрежительно и с совершенно неуважительной манерой общения. Это было крайне неприятно и совершенно не соответствует уровню сервиса, который ожидаешь в престижном ювелирно‑часовом бутике.
Что именно вызвало недовольство: • Грубая и высокомерная манера общения. • Полное нежелание выслушать и помочь. • Менеджер настолько не справлялась с задачей, что я подумал – как она вообще получила эту должность?
Я надеюсь, что руководство обратит внимание и проведёт беседу с ней. Привлекательная внешность – это явно не повод занимать должность, требующую профессионализма и вежливости. После этого инцидента я больше не чувствую себя комфортно возвращаться в ваш бутик, хотя товар мне по-прежнему интересен.
Прошу принять меры — провести профилактическую беседу и обучить сотрудников культуре общения с клиентами.
I visited your store with the intention of purchasing an expensive watch, but my experience was ruined by the behavior of the store manager. The manager (named Kristina) spoke in a highly unacceptable manner – rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. It was extremely unpleasant and does not align with the level of service one expects at a prestigious jewelry and watch boutique.
What upset me: • Rude and arrogant tone of voice. • A total unwillingness to listen or assist. • She seemed so unqualified for the role that I wondered how she was even hired.
I hope management will take this seriously and address the issue with her. Appealing looks are clearly not enough for a position that requires professionalism and courtesy.
