I was at your Gucci store in Sawgrass Mills Outlet in Florida approximately around 10-10:30am on Thursday September 1. I was trying to buy a pair of sneakers and a hand bag for myself, and the manager approached me and was degrading me in front of the sales associate and surroundings customers that were in the store. He (the manager) was telling me that I was not allowed to buy the products that I wanted and I could only buy certain products in the store. He said I was allowed to buy sizes 5 and size 10 sneakers because I buy the product from Gucci and resale them for three times the price to other customers (what’s that supposed to mean?). First of all, What does it matter what I do with the product after I pay for it and I leaves your store. To be honest I have a large family here and back home. We loved the brand. Second of all, he has no right to talk to me or degrade me in front of an associate or anyone at the store. I feel that I am being discriminated against not bust because I’m a Latina but also I’m a women. He is not better than me because he is a manager. My friends and family shop at this location very frequently and spend a lot of money there. I have shopped with several other sales associate at this location and have never had a problem. I have heard that the way he treated me today is not the first time, he also treats his employees like this. If a person in that position should know what kind of respect to treat his customers and employees. To make things worse a customer that was there at the time followed me to Valentino and told me that after I left he was slandering my name. I feel that he should be reprimanded for his actions so this does not happen again to me or other customers. I do understand your politics but I wont tolerate this disrespectful attitude of him. First time he treated me like this I was with my daughter and my mom and she was shocked about his attitude; now that I was alone he made it worst. I feel so...
Read moreThe staff at the store was helpful, and I don’t want this negative review to impact them, however I highly recommend not going to any Gucci outlet for the below reasons.
Many items are not discounted. They give you a poor quality bag and often don’t offer boxes with their goods. You cannot return anything, only exchange. The selection of goods is lacking significantly to a standard Gucci location.
I wish I knew these items before purchasing my girlfriend her birthday gift there… I paid full price for a belt, which was the only belt they had in the store of the style I liked (the thin women’s belts). This was a disappointment, but I thought I would receive a discount when purchasing from an outlet however I was mistaken. Lastly, after I paid and they hand me the bag, I noted that the bag was a bag for shoes not a smaller bag appropriate for a belt, and that they didn’t put the belt in a box just a Gucci brown cloth bag. Also, the bags they use are lower quality black Gucci bags that are not standard with the brand. I brought this up to the clerk who said “we don’t have any boxes, sorry.”
I’m sure many people will agree with me when I say Gucci is a brand that you pay a premium for not only for style, but for the shopping experience and presentation of the goods. Without those additional items, there are thousands of other brands to purchase from that stand behind their premium price by delivering the total experience of a luxury good. Overall, Gucci’s outlet has cheapened the brand for me and I certainly will never return to a Gucci outlet...

Let’s be clear: GUCCI is an icon. A legend. The Beyoncé of bags. I’d give their products 5 stars, a standing ovation, and maybe even my left kidney. 🫀👜 But the staff? Oh honey… that’s a whole different runway. 👠🚫
I strutted into the Gucci Sawgrass Outlet like a caffeinated peacock ready to drop cash and break hearts 💳💁♂️ — only to be greeted with the warmth of a defrosting freezer and the enthusiasm of a cat being forced into a bath. 🐱🧊
Seriously, I wasn’t expecting a red carpet and champagne (okay, maybe just a little), but eye contact and basic human decency would've been a fabulous start. 😑🥂
Asked one sales associate if they had a specific wallet in stock and was met with a sigh so long, it qualified as a wind advisory. 💨 Another employee glanced at me like I had just asked to borrow their toothbrush. 🪥😬
BUT THE BAGS? Chef’s kiss. 👨🍳💋 I left with a gorgeous crossbody that whispered, “You deserve better.” And it was 50% off – so basically emotional support in leather form. 🐄❤️
So here’s the breakdown: 👛 GUCCI GOODS = Yes, Queen! 👑💸 🙅♀️ STAFF EXPERIENCE = “Who hurt you?” vibes. 🎭 Overall = Like dating someone hot with zero personality – stunning to look at, exhausting to...
