V Jewelers — Attraction in Surprise

Not long ago I was looking for an engagement ring. I wanted to give my money to a local family-owned (essential) business in exchange for a quality product. After combing through lots of reviews, I decided to go check out V Jewelers as they seemed to have a great reputation. They were exactly what I was hoping for and more! Daniel helped me find the perfect ring without being pushy like some big business salesmen tend to be. Aside from helping me find what I was looking for, he went above and beyond and treated me not only as a valued customer, but as a friend. I can't stress enough how valuable that is in today's business atmosphere. The service I received was beyond exemplary! It was refreshing to work with someone who cared enough to prioritize helping me and finding what I want, unlike others who would have only been interested in selling me what they wanted and collecting the thousands of dollars I was likely to spend. It felt great to leave that place having made a rather large purchase and feeling happy about it as opposed to feeling like I'd just been robbed. I know it helped support a small business and the value I received was worth saying something about. The ring I walked away with was beautiful. ...and any jeweler can sell a ring, but Daniel at V Jewelers made the experience an absolute pleasure. Thank you, Daniel. V Jewelers! Can’t say enough about this place. My husband told me about this place as I bought him a bracelet watch for his birthday And he needed a couple of links taken out. He said that they treated him so kind. I took my watch there for adjustment along with a necklace I had been wearing for 41 years that just recently had a broken link.. The young lady that assisted me Said she remembered my husband. She was kind and saw that my wedding solitaire was about to be lost because two of the prongs were worn down . She asked that I stop wearing it until I have corrected. She polished my set up for me. I stopped wearing the ring from that moment. I’m wearing my smaller original engagement ring . My husband is planning to replace the prongs this year for my birthday. Fast forward, I picked up my necklace that they had to soder it. It was perfectly new again. I couldn’t tell it was ever broken. The gentleman that assisted me even offered to assist me with putting it on. I’m happy to have my necklace again, from when my husband gave to me as gift from our first year of marriage. Awesome experiences and I recommend! Looking forward to...

My fiancé recently purchased a ring from here and it fit big so we took it in to resize it, we had already gotten a ring size on my finger. After getting my ring back, resized I felt like it still fit a bit loose. So I asked my fiancé to take it back in one last time and size it down a little more for a better fit. So my fiancé took it in for a second time to get it resized down. My fiancé tried explaining to an older woman who worked there that we needed our ring resized down a size again and she was a bit rude. She told my fiancé that I had to go in person and get my finger size in order to resize it, because if it didn’t fit again they would charge us for resizing. Which we understand, that wasn’t a problem. My fiancé tried explaining to her that I was there before and we had already gotten a size on my finger. He was patient with her and allowed her to speak but every time my fiancé attempted to explain our situation she would only repeat herself over and over not allowing him to get a word in. We were having a great experience with this shop until...
