Keeping my last review so that the timeline of this conversation makes sense - and I chose to publicly make a review rather than look for Nora's email to share feedback so I will follow up publicly here, too.

Nora, I so appreciate your response. I feel taken care of, listened to & clearly communicated with. I am sorry that I did not find a way to speak with you first, as well as not doing my due diligence in looking for the sign on my way in. I am being caught in surprise moments needing the loo because of my changing body - but I could have called ahead, too, once perceiving the need.

I totally understand the shift of making the restroom for employees only - the "why" makes total sense & I understand from having worked at multiple restaurants the boundary. I really was taken aback at how well kept the amphitheater restrooms are which is a huge gift & asset to the Suwanee conglomerate.

I really do love your store. I wish all grocery stores were like yours - what we have become accustomed to as consumers is something that weighs on me daily and I see your business as a direct response and answer to something so systemically & deeply broken. This discourse here & how you followed up with me only makes me like and respect you more.

Thank you for what you do, truly. I hope I did not cause too much stress in the way I went about sharing my feedback - thank you for taking such ownership with both your empathy and clarity.

Have been super thankful for this place until today. Pregnancy rant so I will own that. Needed to use the restroom and I was told it is "not in order."

It's 96 degrees outside, feels like 103 according to the radar. Had to walk to the amphitheater across the sweltering on-fire parking lot to use the public facilities * which actually are super well maintained & nice, I will say.

Upon returning to the store I asked if when their restroom is fixed if it is available to their customers, to which I received the effusive answer no, never. I feel like that was the answer I should have been given first because whether or not the restroom is "out of order" or not, its use does not apply to the guests, ever.

There are bunch of drunk forks talking nonsense and bunch of kiddos with windows down playing loud music in front of the library across the street next to brand new opened Veterans memorial Art Statue.

Looks amazing.

I could write a book about how I feel about this store and the hard work put into it, from the entire team. The pleasure of just entering this store and sucking up the energy alone is worth going. The energy is so clean and amazing here. The team is amazing and having access to so much brain power between people of like mindedness is humbling. Now I have access to so many products that I know and trust to be vetted, makes coming to this store, 63 miles away from me, well worth the trip. It has become a Wednesday ritual with my Sister and Aunt and I am so thankful for all of their knowledge. I am so much healthier than I have ever been. Oh, btw, check out some of the classes offered and learn some really cool things. I would be shocked if you were disappointed after visiting this shop. Thank you Nora and team for such a great store...
