Starship Enterprises Of Suwanee — Attraction in Suwanee

I would like to take a moment to absolve Starship of a serious accusation brought against them 2 years ago in their lowest reviews. I made a purchase there today and was asked for ID to match the debit card. This is in spite of the fact that I would apparently fall into the category of “people who don’t get ID’d”. I’ve been shopping at this Starship location for 15 years and the checkout process is the same every time for everyone. Here’s the kicker, in the exact words of the accuser. Same situation in a different setting on another review.

“They checked my ID to confirm my identity which was very comforting knowing that security was of upmost importance in this building.”

To Tiffany at Starship or whoever has to take the time out of their day to respond to serious false accusations such as this, I am sorry. I’m sure you would’ve much rather spent your time...

Edit from 2025! Logan and Sarah were absolutely amazing today at the suwanee location! I had SO MANY questions and had very specific parameters and they were very knowledgeable and willing to show me all types of options and explain all the features of each product! I certainly believe that thanks to their guidance, I was able to find the best products for me and my partner! Thank you so much LOGAN AND SARAH!

I called several times at first asking about various herbal remedies and natural products and was met with a very calm and courteous response to every question I asked about the products. This was handled first over the phone by Trisha who is wonderful, then when I came into the shop she personally walked me through the different choices and options.
