Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Sweetwater

This used to be my go-to spot for gifts for my wife, (I’ve bought her jewelry here for years) but it has severely gone downhill. The staff used be a bunch young friendly and knowledgeable young ladies. Now there’s a bunch of old women there who are terrible at their jobs and unprofessional. The manager, some red headed woman, was very rude to my wife during a visit that I took her to pick out some charms as a gift (saying things like “oh that doesn’t fit your body type” or “that ring won’t fit your finger well” under handedly trying to call her fat I guess). Half of the women who work there don’t understand English and just guess at what you’re asking for until you’re forced to go through the stock booklet yourself to find what you want, and the other half are just either lack knowledge of their own store or are rude and aggravating to clients. The people in this store are incredibly rude. They have a guard standing outside so no one can walk in if an attendant isn't free, even to look around. The guard just says that it's a jewelry store and not a "museum". As if someone can't look and decide what they want while they wait.I attempted to speak with management and the manager was condescending, and when the girl standing by the door saw me speaking with the manager she walked over and began trying to speak over me. I was going to buy other items but ended up just leaving and going to the store in international mall. I will not be coming back to this store after this experience. I highly recommend that you don't waste your time visiting this place, the workers there are completely unprofessional and immature, specifically one worker named Viviana, basically a teenager thinking she can just boss the clients around. Just 7 min before closing and i was planning on making a purchase for my wife, little to no variety in there, this same teenager nearly lowers the gate on top of my mother & sister in law, saying that she hates humans? Really?? At least ask nicely to step away and do your job, terrible experience and i hope managements acknowledges this and keeps her in check or suspend her before causing an accident or offense that could've been...
