The service was acceptable. The atmosphere was normal. Acceptable. The food was terrible. Worst nachos ever. Worst buffalo wings ever.
I wrote my previous comment without providing details of what happened at the restaurant. Allow me to explain:
My girlfriend and I decided to have Buffalo Wings for lunch, as we both love them and often try them at different places. I also have a fondness for nachos. Without thoroughly reviewing the menu, we ordered the "HOUSE SAMPLER" along with fries topped with cheese and bacon. It seemed like a simple order without any special requests.
This is how the order was served to us: ULTIMATE NACHOS WITH CHICKEN: Unfortunately, these were the worst nachos we've ever had. Despite the generous portion of tortilla chips, the cheese was barely noticeable, and the pico de gallo was not good. Cream and sauce were missing, which is expected with nachos. Moreover, the dish didn't live up to the name "Ultimate" and was disappointing in appearance.
BEER-BATTERED ONION RINGS: This item was good and enjoyable.
MOZZARELLA STICKS: They were also good and met our expectations.
TRADITIONAL WINGS: The wings were dry and lacked juiciness, giving the impression that they might have been old.
CHOICE OF SAUCE OR DRY SEASONING: Sadly, this option was not provided.
SAUCE: The sauce was missing as well, which affected the overall taste of the wings.
SOUTHWESTERN RANCH: On the positive side, the southwestern ranch sauce was good and provided some relief from the disappointment.
MARINARA: The marinara sauce was satisfactory.
BLUE CHEESE: The blue cheese dressing was good and complemented the wings.
FRENCH FRIES: The fries were served with an ample amount of cheese and bacon, which made them enjoyable.
Upon realizing the quality of the dishes was not up to our expectations, we called a waiter to express our opinion. Unfortunately, he seemed to misunderstand, thinking we were complaining about the quantity rather than the quality. After explaining the situation, he shrugged and left without addressing our concerns. This left us feeling dissatisfied and disappointed throughout the entire dining experience.

This was about 215ish pm and it was a bit slow on the bar side which started to pick up. The bar tender for some reason held responsibility of both indoor and outdoor bars with no bar back. Itās not like the servers on the bar side seem to care at all while they just leisurely carried on about their individual duties even as the bar tender asked for assistance running food. So naturally it took about 30-40 mins for appetizers to hit the table. Had I just sat at the tables of the bar versus the bar service would have been a lot better based on the lack of team work. Moving on to the hostess who I guess only job is to seat you and not remove safety hazards off the ground in the process. So she steps on the wet caution sign laying on the floor, slides, almost busting her face, and continues walking like nothing. Mean while the couple she seated followed suit in the near face bust and additional couple behind them. So applying common sense to this situation and the fact that the hostess herself nearly needed a new front end with her experience would pick up the caution sign and at the very least stand it up right so that itās being used for its intended purpose or removes it. I know I was thinking the same, so I was shocked when she rushed back over to the hostess stand ignoring my request for her. She goes back to the stand, giving me the church finger to hold, which is when I immediately got the manager. Who at my surprise comes out the back running Togo orders. Now To this point I have witnessed a swamped bar tender, some lazy servers, a liability as a hostess, and a manager that clearly needs guidance from the operations department or a general manager. Someone save these people from themselves because the blind is leading the blind. I failed to mentioned how rude the hostess was and didnāt want to provide me her name. We donāt use name plates anymore BDUBBS ? Had that employee bust her face (went unconscious even slightly) or any of them couples behind her, yāall could have attributed her negligence in the performance of her duties to that lawsuit / OSHA report. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time at the Miami Dolphin Mall location, usually I visit the Pembroke one. Ordered my six birthday wings and paid via the app at 17:42, to be ready at 18:00. I get to the store at 17:50, no oneās at the counter and no one greets me. I donāt need to be greeted, in fact I hate fake greetings. But this was part of the experience. Waited 13 minutes, still no one shows at the counter. So, I approach the bar and tell them Iām there to pick up and they tell me to keep waiting at the counter, that āthe personā is probably still packing up my order.
Wait ten more minutes and still no one comes to the counter. I walk straight into the dining room, find a kitchen employee who looks like he doesnāt want to be there. He asks me what I need and I tell him Iāve been waiting more than ten minutes for someone to come help me with an online order. States I need to wait (honestly, Iāve worked these jobs before and the number one thing people do is inflate the time theyāve waited so I canāt blame him) and once again I have to drive it home for him that Iāve been waiting too long for a simple six wing online order. This is when he relents and says he will call someone for me.
A boy finally approaches; looks just like the other person I just interacted with. Like Iām the one bothering. How dare I be there for six wings lol. āFreeā birthday wings. He then attempts to charge me for the ranch dressing in my order. Told him I paid online and he realizes his mistake and apologized. This is where I firmly believe that they made their mistake and that is when my order was actually sent to the kitchen. After waiting already twenty minutes.
Told him the app stated my order was ready ages ago at 18:00 and he explained that the app is inaccurate and not to pay attention to the app. Lmao.
Another twenty minutes went by and I finally got my wings at 18:35. To add insult to injury, two people walked in after me and he gave them their orders first. I waited around 40 minutes for six wings. Never again. And there were barely any customers. A couple sitting in the dining room and four people at the bar. Itās a Monday! Again, I worked these kinds of jobs so Iām aware the public sucks but...
