I had never visited Nike store as I always go to stores that sells different brands. The new measures on Covid 19 is great. Aleen who expedited my check out was amazing and friendly. Kareem offered me his help a couple of times when I looked lost. It was a great customer service experience, which I honestly did not expect from a big box shoes store.
Suggestion, a person by the door to greet customers and to let them know how the new floor plans work, 1-way alley and yada yada would be great. a hand sanitizer by the door is a good addition, however, it was empty, I felt a little bit deceived there. DSW ask customers to leave the shoes they tried on on the floor so they could sanitize it. I am not sure how they do it, but they definitely gave me a peace of mind.
Kareem B. - He offered his assistance a couple of times, it was not needed but it was a very kind gesture and unexpected. He also offered if I needed a bag as I had a couple of pairs in my hands.
Aleen - Time is a precious thing. Aleen saw me waiting in line, not sure if she was cashiering, but she called me up and expedite my checkout. She ensured the shoes are the same size, offered further assistance and wished me a fond farewell.
