Read moreUsually 1 of my favorite taco bells to get food from. This is the first time I had a horrible experience with the staff. Not all staff is friendly or professional. Note for ppl spending over $20 with a debit card, must have ID with u. Per their policy, which is fine, as long as their staff can treat their customers professionally. Anyways, this brings me to the problem. I was told what was required, I pulled upto the window. The girl that took my order knew I was the customer with the debit card, instead of opening the window to ask what she can help with. She calls the management, as if I was hostile to her in any way to come n deal with me. Mind u, she didn't even open the window to let me know she's grabbing a manager. Instead I have to hear her over her headpiece calling for a manager. I didn't appreciate the tone or what she said to the manager. She made me felt like I was trying to give her problems, which wasn't the case. I wish I didn't have to call ppl out for being unprofessional. Read moreI've been to this location many times, and always had a good experience. But today I was really let down. We stopped in for lunch, and used the self-order kiosk...which was absolutely filthy and felt like it hadn't been wiped down in days. Several people after us said the same thing, yet nobody came out to clean it. There were already several people waiting for orders. The tables, if wiped down, were not what could be called clean. After nearly 10 minutes waiting for our order, I went to the counter where the original 2 people who had ordered ahead of me were still standing. I watched (and yes, I counted) 6 people in a row at the drive thru window get their orders before the man who had been first in line inside finally got his order. A cashier finally gave me cups for the self-serve drinks, but she had no gloves on and had been absently running her fingers over the rims of the cups while chatting to another employee. She WAS NOT wearing gloves. I just got a blank look when I asked for fresh cups. We finally got our food after roughly 18 minutes.
