Noce boba spot! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our drinks were great. They had someone serve the drinks and tarts to us while we were sitting instead of calling us to the counter which was unlike any boba place I am used to so I really liked that since we were dining in. The tarts were okay.. the idea was there but the execution could have been better. Maybe because we came a week before their grand opening but for a boba place with dine in I would have expected something more original than plastic plates and straws and paper towels. I also would have thought they'd serve them warm or ask us when we ordered if we'd like them warmed up, but they weren't even room temp, they were cold. In addition the tarts were insanely expensive bringing what should've been a $15 dollar order to 25 before tip. Also the music choice seemed nice and calming when we first walked in but the songs picked seemed a little discordant at times and didn't really match the boba Cafe vibe especially once the place filled up. They had 4 TVs behind the counter displaying various nature relaxation videos, I feel like displaying menus up there would be better for people waiting in line so that we aren't making a rushed decision once we finally see the menus up on the counter. They also could have invested the money from at least one of those TVs into better serving platters/cutlery for people dining in as well as something to make the interior vibe 'warmer'. Overall 4/5 stars. Looking forward to seeing what they've improved on after their grand opening.

I just want to start off by saying I absolutely LOVE boba!😆🥰 I am new to it and with the help of the staff I have now found my 3 absolute favorite drinks!😍 (in time I will venture out and try some new ones😉) for the newbies I'll list those 3 "must try"down below! I have been in every day sometimes multiple times a day for the past 11 days and regardless of how busy or what time it is I am greeted (by my name now) and made to feel welcomed. The drinks are made not only super yummy but they are made beautifully! I feel everything is priced well and quality is great! I have tried the spring rolls and Vietnamese sandwich and both were good! The sandwich is hands down my favorite!!🤤🤤 I would have a pic to share but definitely ate it before realizing I should have taken a pic to share! To round this review off I sure hope the staff like me because I live near by and I think Boba just became my new Vice😂 The place has great vibes also and my kids love it as well. Must try drinks⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Taro smoothie with honey boba and puff cream(I like double boba) 2. Strawberry banana yogurt smoothie(extra Strawberry) with Honey boba and puff cream. 3. Caramel Frappuccino with double honey boba, puff cream and Rock salt cream on top.(I got a lil extra coffee flavor added) ***sidenote: I like the plastic silverware! Super convenient and seems practical and more sanitary...with the whole pandemic stuff going on😅🙃***

I got the Thai milk tea with boba. I’m not a boba connoisseur but I have no complaints. Good flavor and boba texture. It does seem a bit pricy for a drink but I suppose they are specialty drinks. $6.25 for Thai Milk Tea and 75 cents extra for boba. The big appeal for me is that It is a nice warm place with several comfortable places to sit and do homework, and is open late until 9pm. It has windows all around and ample lighting so it feels bright and open, not cramped and dark. There is also some games on a bigger table that I often see kids/ families sit at and play games. My biggest complaint is that when you walk in, it smells kind of weird. I’ve been here a few times and I’m always hit with the smell. That’s why I took a star off for atmosphere. I’m not sure what I’m smelling but it’s off putting for the first couple minutes. Eventually I got used to it but at first I just wanted to walk back out the door.

I'd rate -5 if I could. This place is terrible. I bought a latte with almond milk. First it was almost $8, and it tasted like watered down espresso with lukewarm milk. I asked them to warm it up, and they added hot water (it makes no sense!), which made it taste even worse. To take it to the next level, their cup and lid don't stay on (the cup is too cheap and soft). While I was drinking it, the lid popped off and cup basically collapsed. It made me spill latte all over the center console of my car and also my pants. If the latte was warmer, the damage would have been worse. I went back to the store to complain about the cup and lid. They gave me the number for one of the owners (I won't name here, but it was a female owner). I called this owner to talk about the situation and discuss how they plan to compensate for it. The owner said they'd call me back, hung up, and never called me back. I tried calling them a few times, only with my calls going straight to voicemails. Terrible ownership of their business and what happens at their own store. If you want to own a business, you'd better own up everything about your business including incidents like this! I'd stay far away from this place (there are a few other coffee shops nearby). They are not worth...
