I literally walked in there was a girl at the counter with a mask on I can see her attitude and read her Aura through the mask. I walked in I said hello, She did not say hello the only thing she said was you didn't have to close the door all the way. I went back to reopen the door and according to her face and her hand gesture I guess I had the door open too much I turned around and literally almost fell from the slipperyness I from the floor. She did not ask me if I was all right. I told her the floors were slippery she came out and started walking to see if she was going to slip and slide but she did not. Perhaps she had shoes on that were slip proof but if you have cameras there you can see I literally almost just killed myself without her asking me if I was okay she is a liability, her energy is a liability and your floors. Unfortunately I did not try any of your food I left out in pain from the twisting and turning trying to keep myself from not falling. I don't understand what kind of world we live in and we have a business and the people that we hire to represent our business are negative like I said she is a liability to your business, it is common sense to ask someone if they are all right she didn't even...
Read moreI recently visited this place for the second time and unfortunately the experience was inconsistent. My first visit was great with flavorful and enjoyable food, but the second time it was bland and disappointing. Customer service also left a lot to be desired. It’s unclear who is supposed to be taking your order because the staff isn’t in any kind of uniform or professional attire. Some employees looked like they just walked in off the street, which makes the place feel disorganized and unprofessional. You’ll even walk up and see workers sitting down eating a full course meal while customers are waiting, which gives off a careless vibe. They also forgot to give me a sauce cup, which added to the overall lack of attention to detail. The burgers are overpriced and they only offer two drink options, Sprite and Coke. The atmosphere isn’t welcoming and the music choices aren’t suitable if you’re bringing children. There’s definitely potential here, but it needs better quality control, improved customer service, and a more professional...
Read moreVery rarely do I give 1 star reviews, but yikes this place. You walk in, there is no music, almost no seating, not even someone to greet you or take your order. It was….unique.
But that was the least of the problems. It took us more than 45 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered, and there were only 4-5 people in front of us… it’s like he doesn’t even start cooking one order until he’s delivered the last one. Mind blowing.
I figured they were just insanely short handed that night, but now that I see all the other reviews, this is clearly just how they roll. But it gets worse…
We open up the food and start munching, and I wanted it to be great, I really did, but everything tasted like it was fried in week-old vegetable oil. I felt horrible afterward.
I hope they last. We love to support local places. But they’ll have to make some adjustments or they have no chance. I think the food COULD be really good, if they used better/fresher oil. And they have got to figure out how to cook more than one...
