Arizona Diamond Center — Attraction in Tempe

This is NOT a 5 star location in the least !!! & they've deleted all of their negative reviews from previous customers who voiced the same opinions! Weeks ago when I was going to write this review they had a 2 star rating & all of a sudden its 5? Lol.. just NO. The pretty bracelet is not from them!! Just a comparison to the trash they gave me vs what I got somewhere else. Short version: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION . You'll save yourself from pointless irritation & hassle. They lie, and dont answer the phone. Wait time is ridiculous. Long Version: These salesmen come off as genuinely caring for their customers when in reality they're just saying whatever they have to to get the sale. I had purchased a bracelet for my daughter that supposedly was completely customizable. The only reason i had picked the one I did was because Alex said it would come with a heart. What we had chosen was a simple plate, with her name in cursive & a heart at the end engraved. Alex had swore up and down it was going to be beautiful & talked it up SO MUCH. We walked out of the store happy with the belief it was going to all he said it was going to be. 2 weeks pass and we got a text saying it was in and ready for pick up. It was not even close to what we asked for! The plate itself was 3/4 of an inch long if that and it was already scratched and banged up. The font was block letters and there was NO heart! I refused to take it home but i had already paid in full as that's their policy, and so they said they would redo it. Another week later and they give me the EXACT same bracelet back ! Thank goodness for the owner who despite everything deserves some credit for giving me my money back but mind you, i had to get his number from another location since the original site wouldnt cooperate any further. I took my money and spent it at another jeweler who was 10000x better. Next day delivery, and just amazingly beautiful. Better quality, longer chain, beautiful font, with the heart and only $50 more. Spend your money somewhere else! I would...

I did a lot of research before deciding where I wanted to buy my engagement ring. Everything I read pointed me toward AZ Diamond Center (at AZ Mills).

When I went on my intial visit, I found everything I read was spot on! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No one was pushy or forcing me to do anything, but rather inquisitive and wanting to know my story and why I was ready to propose. The store had a very family oriented atmosphere.

Brenda Morales helped me a TON. She sat with me and explained what to look for in diamonds, various shapes, settings, pros, cons, etc... She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out what style I was looking for instantly.

When I went back about a month or two later, she went out of her way to make sure I left with the best possible ring for my future fiancé. Even when things did not workout quite like I had planned, she came in with even more options and possibilities for me! My visits to the AZ diamond Center and working with Brenda were some of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.

I am pointing all my friends their way and urge anyone looking for great service and TOP quality...

I was recommended to come here by Corrie for my wedding set. I told her about how Jarod's had basically taken advantage of my fiance and he bought a ring I in no way would have even picked out. She promised she would take good care of me and we would not only leave satisfied but she would not sell me a ring that I didn't LOVE. Corrie started her mission early and even selected 4 rings based on my conversation with her and what I was looking for. I then made an appointment to meet her with my fiance and my we bought a ring we LOVED. It fits my personality perfectly and she explained the upgrades and package that came with it even if I ever need a repair. Corrie has restored my faith in customer service in her ability to not only find what I was looking for but her sheer honesty. Corrie was looking out for my best interest not her own. The ring my fiance purchased was actually the very first one Corrie picked out fit me which shows me how intune she is with her customers.
