I usually don't right a review but I'm absolutely floored how I was treated by the owner today. The owner Lori treated me with Attitude & it left me scratching my head wondering what I did to deserve that. My story is.. I bought a bed from this store, they give you a 2 week warranty, That bed didn't work out so I exchanged the bed for a different one. That 2nd bed wasn't working out either, so I stopped one day & talked with an employee. That employee showed me a more expensive bed that might work. I told her "I don't mind spending more money on a bed but is the bed I have returnable?" She obviously didn't explain it to Lori (owner) correctly. I stopped in today to get a phone number for a handyman Nick told me he had a phone number of one. When they were leaving my house with the mattress they broke my ceiling light. (Accidents happen) It can be fixed. If anyone should be mad it would be me but I wasn't. I ask Lori for the number of the handyman, she immediately copped an attitude & became very unpleasant towards me. She stated, "Oh you want to return the bed and you want me to pay for your light also" then walked off. NO, I never said either one of those! I said, if I buy the more expensive bed, is the bed I have returnable?? That's a simple yes or no question (not a question that deserves me getting attitude because of a misunderstanding) The other answer is I only asked for the handyman's number. Never once did I tell her she had to pay for it. I'm just flooded, I have never been treated so poorly by an owner of a business. I will definitely never send anyone to this business. I have been looking for a new mattress for my girlfriend for a little over a year now and had my mind set on getting her a Tuft and Needle Mint mattress. I had contacted Lori over the phone to see if she had one available, and not only did she have it, she also had it in a King size, which I was floored by! Furthermore, she was able to accommodate an amazing price which included the box springs! Very professional, personable, and pleasant experience!

From there, she referred me over to Nick for pickup on Monday, and he reassured me that I made the correct decision, even educating me on the difference between the Mint mattress and the Original mattress, as well as testing both of them. After all was said and done, Nick helped me load everything up, secure it in place, and I was headed home with a new Mint Tuft and Needle mattress!
