My daughter when there for a bleach. After the stylist put the bleach he went to help someone else, it's obvious he left the bleach in too long because 3 days later, her hair started falling out. It was terrible, so much hair she has it in a ziplock bag. My older daughter took her back to show them, not one ounce of sympathy when my daughter was so distraught over how much hair she's losing. They did give her the 200 dollars back but till this day she hasn't been the same her hair is continuously keeps falling out mind you this was in April and we are now in a August, it very brittle, very very short and still falling out. I was a first time customer last night. Prisci cut and styled my hair, and it was AMAZING. I have not seen my hair do what she got my hair to do. It curled and looked like a million bucks. I was in love with how it looked. I am not one to change hair salons. Prisci was recommended by a friend of mine who has been going to her for 17 years. I decided let's go and see what can be done!! Working in Healthcare and being insanely busy, along with all other life tolls, I went on a rampage and DESTROYED my beautiful hair. I haven't let my hair down or even looked at it for MONTHS.
