Full Moon Games — Attraction in Terre Haute

This store is really well organized, and has a great selection of products from cards and dice to books and miniatures, and they even sell prints by a local tattoo artist. Everything is well displayed, and it isn't hard to figure out where anything is to look at.

I came in around a month ago to look at cards with my girlfriend (who is much more knowledgable about card games than I am). The guy manning the counter was clearly interested in talking to the other male customers who approached the counter, as he struck up some friendly conversation with every single guy who came up, except for my girlfriend and I. He seemed to avoid even looking at us as much as possible, and resolutely would not speak to us. Even when I attempted to ask about the prints they had on display (I wanted to know who the artist was, since they were clearly all of a similar style) he refused to speak to or acknowledge us. It was extremely alienating and off-putting. Eventually someone else came out and asked us if we needed anything, what we were looking for, etc. But by that point we had both been made thoroughly uncomfortable by the cold shoulder the other guy was still giving us. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything, both of us feeling unwelcome due to being completely ignored by the guy at the counter.

And I hate to make accusations like this, but I feel it pertinent to mention that I am quite feminine looking for a man, to the point that I am often mistaken for a woman. Given the attendant's willingness to speak to every other male customer that approached, I cannot help but feel this was at least part of the reason we were ignored.

This shop is cozy, well stocked, and conveniently located for us, but I am not sure I would go back, or recommend it to others, based on the treatment...

Love this place have sold many of cards here people are great good atmosphere and the pizza is amazing the only complaint I have is how they pay 45percent of the marketplace low value instead of market price like other shops... I understand the markets are crazy up and down and they take a risk when buying cards but I thought that's what the 45percent of the card was for when paying 45 percent of the lowest price that card has ever been is kinda screwing people twice. For instance a one ring to rule them all is 2.36 on market price yet it is only 70 cents on marketplace low even though looking through tcgs price graphs that card has not sold under 1.00 In last 3 months and you guys have it listed as 1.35. Scratch that I take back everything within the past week this place has gone to hell first they never have money to buy cards or they take your cards start scanning them then bring them back to you and say we'll I stop getting paid at 11 so I can't do these anymore when it's only 10:43 and come in here one night 10:45 no problem very next night show up 10:38 and they say they stop at 10:30. I've been coming here 2 3 times a week for months bringing these people 800 dollars a week almost in cards while I only get 45 percent of market low on said cards from them and they start treating customers like this..... they will not be receiving my...

Went in this shop to grab a Blazing Aura Booster box, the guy went and got one then rang the box up and told me my total was $170, which is absolutely outrageous because you can buy it off TCG player, eBay or even mercari for $50. The pricing is more outrages then Blizzard releasing the Warloards of Draenor Expansion in 2014. I just couldn’t believe that price. I definitely recommend this shop if you want to pay triple the price. I definitely think this place has potential if they had, better pricing, better employees, better location, better layout, better parking, better chairs, better tables, better more clear glass, other than that great shop!

And he went “downstairs” grabbed it, scanned it and said my total was $170, he even said they were “sought after” (they are very available all over the internet) stop trying to cover yourself and admit that your price gouging.
