My family always travel and stay at Hilton properties. I am a Hilton member. I never have issues even when I travel with small children. I had issues at this hotel with the manager on duty on June 21, 2025. My husband, 18 year old son, 14 year old daughter, 6 and 4 year old son all stayed at this hotel. We can for a family reunion. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The manager was very disrespectful. There were multiple children running back and forth through the hallway by our room. Their was a couple that was arguing and fighting each other and having sex so loud that you could hear it through the walls and door of their room. My 4 & 6 year old was screaming at one point because they were nervous about the couple arguing. They were walking in the room and playing but the floors were so thin that any movement in the room sounded like loud bumps. My children were so uncomfortable because I made them sit down and stop playing because we kept getting calls from the front desk saying that our neighbors were complaining of loud noises. I explained to the manager that it wasn’t just my children and that the other people around us were making noises as well but I would quiet my children down. Later that night my husband and I went down to sit by the pool. My 14 year old daughter told me that the manager called the room and told her, “You guys need to shut up, do you not know what sit down and be quiet means,” and he hung up in in her face. When I came back up to the room, my daughter was crying. She stated that my children weren’t running and that the man over the phone was yelling at her. My husband and I wasn’t even in the room for 10 minutes then we got a knock on the door from the same manager. I answered the door and he said, “can you guys please keep it down ?” I explained to him that we been in the room for 10 minutes and no one was loud. Our children was laying in the bed. He continued to argue with me and tell me that he was standing and listening at the door and that he heard an adult yell and say put your shoes on. I told him that that wasn’t true, neither one of us yelled anything and that our children were in the bed. He then proceeded to say that he can have us kicked out of the room then since I’m telling him no one was screaming. He also told me that he was leaving this job in a week and he didn’t care about his job. He could care less about me trying to explain calmly to him that I wasn’t trying to argue. I felt very uncomfortable that night and would never stay at this hotel . I tried reaching out to the...
Read moreNice place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, and rooms were spacious. The staff here are superb. They have many limitations that people wouldn't realize but they work with what they have. What I mean is...they have covid restrictions still in place which limits contact. Most people don't realize that this means less housekeeping, limited staff, and more convenient breakfast options. The outdoor pool was open and is a maximum of 3ft deep. The dining area and grill area was open. Breakfast options I remember were pancake on stick, frozen waffle, bacon biscuit sandwich, oatmeal, fruit (apple, oranges, bananas), and cereal. These were heat & eat. Location is fantastic, quiet, and near freeway. Now for rooms....da da daaaa. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hardly anything appeared on our Clorox wipes. We had a Queen 2bd suite. I believe all rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher if not ours did. Everything worked and looked great. Now the walls are thin. We had a toddler who wanted to run and play hide & seek with my 9yr old. We received a noise complaint. So no more hide & seek. However, we could hear noise from above us and on the side of us. It wasn't so obvious like someone talking or walking; more like someone moving things around. Maybe, the bench in front of the sofa bed and chairs to and from the dining area...idk? Bottom line noise could be heard so if your looking for absolute quiet...uuhhh maybe not this hotel. If your a family with toddlers I highly recommend this hotel. Not only because of the 3ft pool but there is a nice restaurant (Broken Eggs Cafe) that has really good food and a playground next to the outdoor dining. Check out their menu...yummy! Housekeeping. The staff...EXCELLENT! You have to pre-request service if your stay is more than one night. Towels are swapped out...meaning if you run out you have to place your old towels outside the door in order to get new ones. You can go down to the front desk and pick them up when needed but must inform them if your old towels have been placed in the hall. Garbage is not picked up daily...so again extended stayers be forewarned. There is a garbage can near the ice machine or you can let it pile up in your room. I think placing things outside your door is messy and invasive so we just wanted for housekeeping. Hope this has been helpful. It is a really nice hotel and even better location. I would give it 5 Stars if not for...
Read moreI am very disappointed with the customer service at this particular location. This hotel itself is amazing! The rooms are spacious and the whole property is kept very clean. Now to the disappointing part. I got there at 2 and told the front desk I know I’m an hour early so we planned on having to wait until 3 for check in time, which is perfectly ok. We just wanted to let them know we were there. We go grab a bite to eat and come back at 3. When we arrived we were told they just started cleaning it less than 5 mins ago so the room was not ready. I told her check in is at 3, I was rudely told that that is not a guarantee and the room wasn’t ready so I’d have to wait. That didn’t sound right so I contacted corporate who confirmed 3:00 is the guaranteed check in time and apologized, saying that was unacceptable. We didn’t get to our room until 3:43. I work remote. I had a 3:15 zoom that I had to reschedule because I wasn’t able to get in my room. I rescheduled to the next available time which is 5:15 which at that point put us 2 hours behind for everything we had planned for NYE. We actually had to cancel two things we had planned because we didn’t have the time anymore. I contacted corporate who contacted the property and was told since this happened they “waived the pet free” which to me is hilarious because I didn’t have a pet. My friend did who was staying down the hall, which they were informed about and were paid for. They came to my room while we finished getting ready but the dog didn’t even stay in my room. They would have known this if they would have asked. Not only that but they didn’t waive anything. I had to cancel my card because of fraudulent transactions but I did get an email saying they tried to run it for an odd amount. So no, they didn’t waive anything, they just couldn’t pull the money from my account. 🙄 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It just sucks because we never have these issues. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal but my son who is in the Army was only in town for one week so we had that day planned by the hour. My two younger kids (12 & 15) , his wife of only a few days & myself were all looking forward to this last fun day with him before he had to leave again. It just led to a serious of events that could have all been avoided. I’m still waiting to hear back but I hope they do...
