My wife & I been replacing our screen protectors here for over a year now. Today we came here to replace both of our screen protectors again, since they dont last more then few weeks. When we came up to the kiosk, we had to wait for a guy named Cody. He was on the computer. After he was done we asked if he could replace our screen protectors. Gave him the phone number so he can pull up the account. He then proceeded to tell us that my S7 Sumsung was not in the system, that my phone is not covered & my wifes Iphone 6S is. Althought both phones were alway under same account. We never had any issues before. He told us that the guy who use to work here got fired because he didnt do things the right way. Then with an attitude told me that he would only replace my wife's phone screen protector. That I needed to pay him full price again after wich it would be $6 dollars everytime then after. After going back & forth he said that he would replace 2 screen protectors for $12 dollars. Told us to be back in 15 minutes. We were there exactly after 15 min, no one was at the kiosks. After 45 minutes of waiting he showed up with a drink in his hand. Told us and other people waiting in line that his break was not over yet, that he couldnt even get behind the counter. Then left again. After patiently waiting he came back with a bad attitude, got the phones out. Screen protector that was put on my phone was full of blemishes & hairs. When i asked him if he could fix it he told me to come back after 48 hrs. Not sure what we did to get such treatment, very disappointed. Wont be...
Read moreI bought my screen protector for a value of $60 plus taxes, with the information of lifetime warranty, and that high quality, now the protector broke, which lets me see that the quality is not as good as they sell it, and in addition to this they are giving me a replacement protector with 50% less price than the value of the screen protector I bought, to this we add that I must also pay the shipping.
The most unfortunate thing is that they tell me that the same reference of the protector I bought is out of stock and that is why they can not send me the same replacement, but when you go to the page and choose the reference of the protector I bought Glass XTR3, it selects it and gives you the option to buy it, so this leaves much to think about these companies that sell you lies and abuse customers, companies like these liars who sell lies should be audited so they learn not to sell misleading advertising.
Now in my user, when I had to choose the protector that I had to accept for replacement, then they removed the option of the original product I bought, XTR3. The Original product I bought you can only see the replacement of the protector they want to give me not the one that by right of my purchase they should replace. It is a dishonest company.
I hope that before buying a service with them you make sure that what they sell is real. Because they only...
Read moreI have been a consistent Zagg customer for 5+ years and have always had a pleasant experience with the employees and products at the Washington Square location. Unfortunately, I recently had a terrible experience. I purchased a new iPhone so I had to go have a screen protector installed on the new device. I was well prepared to spend the money to get the new one installed and the employee that helped me that day was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, the $70 best quality protector that they convinced me to buy shattered 2 days later without being dropped- I simply put my phone in my purse and when I took it out it had a massive crack in it. I reluctantly went back to Zagg to see if they could kindly accommodate a replacement since the item must have been defective. Nathaniel, the store manager, said it would still be $10! Previously I have been told that they offer a 2 week warranty period on the protectors so I was upset that I was told I had to pay $10 only after 2 days of having the protector on my phone. Nathaniel was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had absolutely no customer service skills. I would think an exception could be made due to a defective product or that the “store manager” could’ve at least tried to help me out. I’m very disappointed in this experience and how I...
