Don’t go to this bestbuy. I shop a lot at bestbuy stores mostly at one located in Paramus and never had any issues. I spend a ton of money there but this Bestbuy was horrible. I went in today to find out information on rear speakers for my lg gallery series gx soundbar and the rep that said he was an “lg” expert said that sound bar had no rear speakers for it without even checking. The sound bar does and I know because I did my research. While there I was also looking to pick up some earbuds to pair with my Sony oled so I don’t disturb my wife at night. While browsing around I noticed a young girl in a black shirt everywhere I would go, I thought it was just a coincidence at first but then I started to just go to random places even walking all the way across the store to a section that had nothing I wanted just to see if I was really being followed and sure enough she was there acting like she was doing I don’t know what but looking at product prices I guess, I was in the store about 35 minutes and the entire time she was right there over my shoulder which really offended me. I had to say “can I shop in peace without being followed like I’m a thief?” Then she just casually walked to the endcap of the isle and stood there while I was deciding what earbuds to choose. I found the ones I wanted then asked customer service to grab them for me since they didn’t have them on display. And once again the same girl is not far from me. I even said to the cashier why is this girl following me around the store when I’m clearly buying something? And he looked at me like I’m crazy and with an attitude replied I don’t what your talking about and I was respectful the entire time even though I shouldn’t have been at that point. I just spent 200$ on a pair of earbuds not to mention all the money I spend there on a frequent basis and I also have an account so they can see everything I purchase. It’s very upsetting and frustrating to go to a store where you spend a lot of money in only to be followed around the entire time and having multiple people continuously asking you if you need help when they heard me say no thank you multiple times. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Best Buy or even another store. It’s ridiculous the level of customer service they provide there and lack of knowledge on products. I just wish I had seen the girls name on a name tag or something to put it on here and report it to corporate. This is not a store you would feel comfortable shopping at and I definitely won’t ever go back there after...

Was supposed to be delivered today and was called last night to confirm that they would be delivering between 6:30 to 8:30 AM. So the family was woken up at 5:45 and the delivery truck shows up at 7 AM. They have half the order! I told them that I did not want the TV if the Fireplace Stand was not available. They told me to call customer service, as they are a third party shipper.
I call customer service, and they tell me that I have to go to the store because I ordered it in store. They can't help me.
I go to the store and "Filomina" finally spoke to me, after trying to get the poor employee to get rid of me. She stated she is the only person to speak to in the store, because there is no store manager working. She continues to tell me that there is nothing he can do because the item is in transit on the truck and she can't modify/cancel or do anything with the order for 24 hours.
So now you have my money and he product! Talk about being held hostage!
The next delivery date is January 4th, because of their screw up!
Tried to call the store manager, Mark Fazio, who never returned my call.
Now here solution was for me to place a completely new order and pay for it and then they will refund me i a few days for this order. Is there any training for Best Buy employees?
I call customer relations who were very helpful, but they were hung up on by the store and apologized profusely.
So now you have my money and the items. Your customer service is piss poor! Best Buy sets up an internal system for shipping and they tell me it is my problem because of how things are shipped through their company.
No make good, just a oh well, you have to just suck it up for another week and we will see what we can do.
Good to know that this is how you treat your customers. You should be ashamed of yourself!

In the West Nyack Best Buy on 8/10/2023, I purchased a refrigerator and since it was in the warehouse I arranged delivery to my home on 8/15/2023. The salesperson was friendly and efficient; so far so good. Best Buy notified me of the delivery on 8/15/2023 and on that day I received a phone call from the delivery company. Unfortunately, I missed the call but called back immediately since the voicemail stated that they were at my house. They did not answer my repeated calls and messages and made no attempt to ring my doorbell; I was home. I finally got through to be told that since I did not answer that first phone call phone, per protocol, they would return the fridge to the warehouse.
I immediately called Customer Service to be told, after long periods on hold, that a new delivery date would be arranged and I would be informed. Receiving no response from Best Buy, I again contacted Customer Service and after more long periods on hold was now told that the item was out of stock and the earliest delivery would be late September. The Best Buy representative could not explain how, the fridge went from being, reportedly, in the delivery truck at my house, to suddenly being out of stock.
This is total nonsense. I have to conclude that there was no delivery attempt on 8/15/2023 but a devious and elaborate charade to blame me by not answering the phone the first time. I therefore went online and cancelled the order and requested a refund which, I was informed would take 2 weeks. A month later with no refund in sight, I called Customer Service and after a particularly long hold period, I was told that there was a hold on the refund, with no explanation, and that the representative lifted the hold.
