The girl that does the piercing was with the customer before us for over an hour and a half before she even would be able to do her piercing. Seems she was applying for a credit and was having some difficulty getting approved. When we arrived she was the only person on front of us so we decided to wait. Had we known it was going to take 45 minutes before her issues were resolved we would have gone to somewhere else. The person who was working with the girl who did the piercing was useless. He had questions for everything he did and she had to stop and show him what to do. It was a very frustrating experience. However my granddaughter is very happy with her piercing. My experience was excellent. Julian, Nejada, and Arlene took such good care of me and made it a point to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases and piercing. Before coming to the palisades, I went to the garden state plaza in NJ; here I was sold the wrong product and was misinformed about the return policy. I was able to return a product at the palisades location, buy 3 earrings meant for the piercings I have, and get a piercing that looks awesome.
