I normally don’t don’t do reviews but this person deserves it I had a iPhone XR that I dropped and broke over two years ago I called him booked and unfortunately went into emergency surgery so I wasn’t able to cancel with him I called back once I felt better and he had no hard feeling of not getting back to him do to the circumstances he was still willing to do the service prices were reasonable and affordable with him as I have called other places and it was kinda outrageous personally to me , but everyone has their own budget , I went to him he fixed my phone I paid him I needed help after the fact not because of the screen but because I locked my self out he helped me try and reset my phone over the phone , I had another question at a different time and he helped me also when I texted when he didn’t have to he was very kind and professional and I would recommend him to anyone and personal saved his number to go back for my iPad and other devices I need or want...

He gave me a quote for my shattered screen front and back and then raised the price the next time I called due to the part price increasing--fair I guess. We talked extensively about how the phone back was included as a courtesy and it was quick and cheap to replace, no additional charge, top two choices of color,, etc. I needed it done within a couple days but not overnight, but he said he would get it done overnight. Then he was hours late coming to pick up the phone and hours late dropping it off the next day with no explanation. When I got it back i saw that only the front screen had been replaced and the back was still shattered. When I talked to him about it he said that the supplier was out of stock when he ordered it (two days before) so he didn't do it and if I wanted it I had to buy the part myself and pay extra for install.
