MONTY and SARAH are absolute sweethearts!!!! Great personalities...both have excellent customer service skills. They are both very on TOP NOTCH, on top of their game, which is very important in this day and age. Fast, speedy, efficient, excellent guest engagmentagement. Thank you, ladies, for your wonderful service and even more wonderful boba teas and ice cream!!!!! I wanted to delete my last comment and start with a fresh one so I could add pictures! This place, in my books, is definitely a hidden gem! I'm from Los Angeles, CA so I've definitely tried my fair share of different ethnic foods and drinks..boba included. Icy Point Rolling Ice Cream has some of the freshest tapioca pearl boba that I have ever tried..from the west coast to the east coast. My number one go-to is usually Thai Tea Boba..but I wanted to try something different tonight. I tried the brown sugar tapioca boba tea...let's just say that I believe I have found my new favorite flavor, thanks to Sara! She is such a sweetheart...both of them are!!!! If you're looking for the best ice cream around within a 30 mile radius in either direction, then you have found your one stop shop for boba and your ice cream destination. The process it takes to make the rolled ice cream is a very unique one...unlike anything I've seen before. I am still new to rolled ice cream...but it's literally the best thing ever...and an experience you will not soon forget! The banana and Nutella ice cream is out of this world...as was the Thai ice cream. Reasonably priced and totally underrated, come here with your friends and family for an experience to remember, and thank you ladies so much for making it...

I regret ever cheating on this place! I went a differnt place called "latham taichi" to get bobba (cause it was close.) And tried their thai tea AND their regular milk tea. Both tasted gross. (Thai tasted too sugry, gave me an instant headache after one sip. And their original made me gag. Had a weird powder flavor at the end that actually made me want to throw up)

I couldn't leave that terrible flavor in my mouth I need the best Bobba tea to replace the bad one so I went to clifton Park to Icy Point (hands down the best bobba tea shop!). I started ranting to the owners at icy poiny while they made my favorite bobba (their regular milk tea.) And we talked a little about maybe why the other place was gross. (We concluded it was because thaichi uses premade stuff. Icy point ALWAYS makes it fresh!) My mouth felt instantly cleansed after the first sip of their milk tea. I went home completely satisfied! Truely the BEST bobba shop...

unfortunately this is the worst rolled ice cream I've had. I got the Thai tea flavor and it didn't taste like Thai tea or anything really, lacked creaminess and literally crumbled, and was crunchy. I even waited 10 minutes for it to soften and it didn't. the toppings tasted a bit stale. as I was writing this review, I decided that it wasn't fair to leave a one-star review without mentioning my issue to the staff. I notified the employee and they said that they use real Thai tea so it's not as creamy as the other flavors. I said I have had Thai tea rolled ice cream and it wasn't like this. the employee responded by saying "we haven't had anyone say this before." I showed them the crumbling ice cream. another employee told them to just give my money back. it was awkward and uncomfortable and I tried to be nice about it. I'm giving two stars because they at least offered to remake the order, which I declined, and they gave...

First time trying rolled ice cream. Lady taking order was very nice. I had no clue that 4 toppings are included in price. I kept asking for walnuts assuming you have to pay for extra toppings. She kindly explained to me that walnuts can go on top once the rolls were finished. Large selection of yummy toppings to choose from at the end! Watching the ice cream being rolled was so cool. Loved the whole experience. It did get crowded while we ate our desserts, but staff worked efficiently making each order. Definitely worth the wait! I wish this place was closer to home. Hope to stop by again on our way home from vacation!
