Hair Salon - Village Custom Cuts — Attraction in Town of Cortlandt

Village Custom Cuts is a Gem in Croton that I was told about in 2016. Most definitely a five star recommendation.

It's 2025 and remains 5 stars with continuous outstanding service. Professional and courteous, friendly and caring. Starting with appointment setting, through consult, shampooing, style, cut, color, keratin or glaze all are excellent and why this gem of a salon receives my five stars

My adult son will go no where else since discovering Village Custom Cuts. This year my grandson had his first great cut!

It was amazing to watch Justin make a one year old haircut fun and give so much attention and care.

Again, a friend asked me where I go for my hair. They could see by my style/cut it was done very well.

This salon and it's staff are why long reviews are written. They are worth every word.

I started with Justin the owner who transformed my hair for my son's wedding with highlights, keratin treatment and cut. He also "listened" to me and we talked about what would look best. He is gifted at what he does!

I receive compliments on my hair from those I know and don't know! Justin also helped me choose a new style that now fits me better.

I also have appointments with Diana. I like having both available if needed. Again, my hair looks great. Diana has highlighted my hair, given keratin treatment and cut, too.

She also recently transformed my hair again after several months of my neglect. Beautiful highlight, natural and great cut and style.

It's so easy to see why their clients, (men, women, teenagers, children, families) who are locals and others from surrounding cities keep returning.

Excellent customer service from all! I would not expect anything less from Village Custom Cuts.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the last 4+ years since moving to the area. Justin and his team are awesome — they are not only great at their jobs but also provide incredible customer service. For my wedding day, Justin and his team booked me and my groomsmen for the first slots on a Saturday morning, and even brought us donuts, coffee and mimosas to celebrate. Justin cut and styled my hair the exact way I was looking for and it looked awesome the whole day, especially for pictures. That’s the kind of above and beyond service Village Custom Cuts provides — and shows how much they care about their customers. I choose Village Custom Cuts as my hair salon because they make getting a haircut an incredible, heartwarming experience. Not only do I receive a stellar haircut every time, but the owner and staff make you feel like family! The owner is always so welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares for his customers. You could get a haircut anywhere, but this salon makes you feel at home.

By the way, I especially loved seeing how the owner makes the health and safety of customers and staff top priority. They really make you feel safe by wearing masks, social distancing, providing hand sanitizer, etc. They do it all for us and that is why I am giving them all the credit!
