Best croissants, pastries, cakes, cookies, treats and good vibes around!! This bakery is such a gem and an incredible boon to the neighborhood and community. Rebecca (the star baker) is a highly trained and skilled pastry chef who never fails to impress with her sophisticated, delicious, yet highly approachable creations that spark all the joy. The creative combinations she dreams up each week are incredible (polenta cake, mocha croissants, seasonal fruit tarts, espresso cake cups), but be sure not to miss the favorites and classic pleasers like the butter croissants, chocolate chip cookies, carrot cake, and chocolate and almond croissants. It’s really a treat to not have to go to the city for amazing croissants and pastries. Rebecca is awesome and her pastries are even better. The chocolate and almond are to die for and the rotating assortment of other fun makes every visit an adventure. Weekend coffee at our house will never be the same.

My biggest complaint is having to get there 20-30 minutes before they open to ensure I’m first on line for the warm croissants on the weekend. The lines are long and well deserved, but you’re keeping me from warm, gooey chocolate croissants people!

I dream of this place between visits to Croton! So glad they opened in town!

They really know what they are doing — the croissants are flakey, buttery, dreamy perfection. I love their almond croissant (amazing textures, kind of crunchy!) and pistachio croissant. The pistachio cream is super flavorful without any artificial taste, and, most importantly, not too sweet. So many cream fillings are teeth-curdlingly sweet.

The strawberry cookie is also delightful and unique. And the cardamom bun! If you love cardamom don’t skip this.

Ingredients are high quality and you can tell they don’t skimp or cut corners.
