We have visited Finger lakes a number of times and enjoyed it immensely. We normally visit the dinner buffet however, today we took a friend to the early Sunday Buffet for his birthday. There was no one in the line when we arrived. We walked up to the counter, and a lady asked for our gaming cards to check for any money on the cards for discounts. As we were checking in a gentleman and a lady came in, and we were asked to allow them to be checked in 1st as they were "diamond" members. Although, we were already at the counter and had already began checking in for the Buffet, we noticed that the lady had a walker and sat down as the man paid for their meals. No problem, was a pleasure to let them go ahead as it seemed the right thing to do. After the man left the counter, the lady behind the counter resumed checking us in, which took a few minutes for our party of 4. Other guests began coming in, and there was now a line behind us. Then another couple arrived, walked past the others in line, and again, the lady stopped checking us in and said that it was yet another "diamond" customer and we were asked to stop our transactions at the counter to allow them to go ahead of us. Now, that makes 2 times as we were checking in. We were told that "diamond " members have priority being diamond members. The problem we have with that is when we arrived, no one was there. We had already began the process of checking in (at the counter) when we were stopped and asked to move back and wait while the 1st "diamond" couple arrived but then after resuming our check-in and another "diamond" couple arrives, we're told again to step back. That was totally unfair to us or anyone else that experienced that sort of treatment. If we had not already been at the counter and were just next in line, perhaps it could have been understood. When we 1st arrived and walked up to the counter, there was still nobody else in line. We can understand that "diamond " members have some sort of priority however, there had been absolutely no one in line at all when we arrived and we were handling our business for 4 at the counter and were asked "twice" to stop and wait for 2 other couples who arrived minutes later, to jump ahead of us at the "counter". Was NOT a good experience, was embarrassing and unacceptable. Waiting on a call back from a Manager. I will add that the only pleasant part of this story is good staff in the dining area and especially a waitress named, "LU LU" that waited on us at the Buffet, who was absolutely AMAZING! She was extremely hospitable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We really loved talking with her, and she has a beautiful smile. She deserves a score...

We love the amazing Remedy (bar, restaurant, and live entertainment) We've seen many bands at Remedy while dining on their delicious menu options. We've attended cool live events and music contests there with friends and family. The ambiance is gorgeous at Remedy with a stage and large screen TV's all around so you can multi task or keep you on your games. .The food and drinks are great for a great price also. Staff are always pleasant and efficient.
The Buffet is another favorite for sure! It is always freshly stocked full of all sorts of delicious meats, salad items, international and comfort foods. Horse races are really fun to go to there. The grand strand is beautiful as well as the track. And the horses are all so majestic and gorgeous.
For certain, the gaming is a blast and at FL gaming. There are so many games to choose from. The gorgeous area and floor are kept beautiful and clean. You will definitely earn all kinds of rewards playing the games and you may be eligible for drawings and earn prizes regularly. The FL casino keeps you in the loop regarding many special events and concerts if you sign up for their email (which I highly recommend).

Read moreMost fixed casino there is. Every time I go to Finger Lakes I'm not there for more than 30 minutes. I mean I don't go to casinos expecting to win, but I'd at least like to play for a little while. These guys just take your money and send you on your way. Honestly, I'm almost convinced they're defrauding people. Save your money and go to Seneca or Turning Stone, you can at least make a day out of your trip there.
To give you an idea of how disgusting this casino is, the last three times I went there I lost $400 - and I am not exaggerating here - in 15 minutes or less, playing only penny machines (with the max bet being $4.00 at most, but usually $2.50). I walked in, sat down at 5 or 6 different machines and then proceeded to lose approximately 200 spins almost all in a row. I literally spent more time waiting in line to get a players card than I did actually playing.
Oh by the way, if you do have a players card then you can earn a whole $10 in free play for every $10,000 you spend! How magnanimous, right? Too bad almost half of their machines don't actually read your card and just force you to play without earning any points for your account. I'm telling you, this place is terrible and in desperate need of some regulatory love and attention.
STAY AWAY AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AWAY - YOU'LL BE DOING THEM AND...
