All these PEOPLE that work in this LOCATION are rude unprofessional!! The supervisors don't have a clue about printing area, if u are a supervisor you should be knowledgeable to know how to do everything in the store. Shawn isn't a very bad worker, but it's him alone most of the time he told me in 5 minutes I will get the one piece of paper I asked him to print then it turns into one hour and I still have to leave the store without it.. I went there at 9 and he was 5 mins late. There's another girl/ woman that work there couldn't catch her name is soooo rude I order the pic on poster board when I went there they gave me just the pic when I asked what happened to the pic on poster she telling me about mounting and laminate when a customer ask for something give them the right price that over the whole thing not piece. I stand up there almost 2 hours after she told me to come back. I got upset a left and asked for an refund.. I went on line 8 am the next day to do it myself send it to the store they say up to 8:30pm I called couple times I was told they will call when it was ready at 8 30 no call I went there they have not touch my poster at all the store was closed with me there waiting on the gentleman are lady to finish my poster wasn't please either. I did a yard sign what Shawn helped me with that's the only thing I am pleased with. They all NEED training in customer service plus it's not the customer BUSINESS if you are short STAFF so don't argue with an CUSTOMER telling them you are the only one, and standing in that store that's all you can hear. Shawn will be in the middle of helping you then run to another customer then to the other and on and on, the whole day and God bless how many people leave satisfy, just finish with one thing then move on to the other. I spend MY only day off there. He seems to know more than anyone else there, but he NEEDS help plus to relax and NEVER argue with an CUSTOMER. Customer service what I do for a living. I know how frustrating it can be. The worst staples I every put foot in worst customer service half of the staff / supervisors you can see they are not knowledgeable about the equipments in photo. I am from Rhode Island always use staples in Middletown NEVER have problems anytime they give u that's the time. Warn welcome excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service given at staples. I needed to get a very expensive poster laminated so I decided to take it to this store. Apparently large posters are given a main side and full luster side. When I handed it over they did not inform me of this (no warning at all). They filled the poster over and saw it was two sided, but didn’t even think to ask me which was the main side I wanted. I get the poster back a day later and notice that my main side is dull and even has some sort of specks stuck inside it. I called them to see what I could do to fix this and they said they couldn't help.
I think the worst part is that it wasn’t even a busy day! It was me and one other person! And the person helping me was definitely not even new at their job! They couldn’t think to let me know about how the laminators work? Read moreMy wife went to this location to drop off a package for ups and my wife was next in line and a lady behind her walks up to the lady behind the counter trying to cut in front of her and the lady in the counter tells the person “oh let me take her she just has one thing”. So my wife goes next and the lady behind the counter tells my wife to get the ups code and my wife has to pull it up on her phone as she is doing that the lady behind the counter tells the person that tried to cut in line “oh I’m sorry I thought she would be quick” in front of my wife.
My 7 month pregnant wife felt disregarded completely by this employee and including all the extra charges we have gotten trying to print things here we have half a mind to not come back. Unfortunate because this is our local staples and although we can disregard the printing charges issues as machine errors I can’t look past this type of attitude...
