I want to country sweet on mt hope ave on thursday, July 3rd. Brought three dinners 2 wing dinners double wedges.One rib dinner with the extra four wings at the cost of around $60. Work at the University of Rochester. It was 3-11 shift found out that one of the dinners was wrong called back that no satisfaction was told that the supervisor manager whoever he is was on vacation.I left to go on vacation for the 4th returned on Monday night before I went to work on Tuesday. I went to country sweet to report it the manager. Made me wait 20 minutes before he would come to the counter to see me the same waitress or customer service staff. That waits on me every week was there I told it what happened? And she said I'll get the manager for you and we'll just give you another dinner. After waiting 20 minutes he comes up and he says there's nothing that he could do about it. Because I should have bought it back. The night of the third I explained to him that I was working. It was the night before the fourth of july and there was nothing that he could do because I should have brought it back that night and the person who prepared the food was off and there was nothing he could do about it, but he would talk to them when they came in today now.Mind you for the last month.We have gone to country sweet x2 week. And bought 3 dinners every week. The attitude that he gave me yesterday and the way he talked to the employees was disgraceful. The counter person knows me because I'm there every week. I've always get the same girl that waits on me. And they are others that are in there also who know me because I'm there every week. The fact that he treated a paying customer that supports your business this way was very disgraceful. And he also talk down to the employees that are working. I'm not sure if I'll be returning to order dinner for lunch. I come because it was convenient and I never had a problem before. But he could handle this situation. A whole lot better than he did, especially since it was a holiday weekend. I was so upset that I called the Greece location. To find out how to reach corporate and she told me that if I wrote a email that the owner reads the emails everyday and she gave me this information to reach out. To you to let you know. Your manager needs to treat your customers and your employees better....
Read moreAbout an hour ago I placed a phone order, which included 1lb of boneless wings. we got there and the order was placed for a half pound. The the woman who took the order went back to ask the manager what to do, and we could hear the manager screaming at her from the kitchen, that the next time it happened that she would have to cover it herself. WHAT? Who makes their employees pay for a simple mistake? First of all, thats not legal, second, thats not ethical. I feel like this had a lot to do with the disaster that followed.
So they went ahead and cashed us out, and told us it would be a short wait for the rest of the wings. They only charged us for the 1/2 lb. but ok. some places will just do that as a courtesy to customers if there was a mistake. I would have paid the corrected cost but whatever...
We waited for AN HOUR, in which time I tried several times without success to get the cashiers attention to check on our order. she basically just looked away every time I tried.
eventually she asked what my name was and said "oh. your orders been done". it was sitting on the pickup rack the entire time, because it was actually ready when we got there an hour earlier.
but the whole reason they didnt give us our food to beging with was because they were supposed to fix the order from.1/2 lb to 1 lb. And I suspected that was our order on the rack, saw that nothing was ever added to it, and specifically asked for confirmation that it had been fixed, to which the cashier said "yup. its in there".
I wasnt willing to argue at this point. The cashier obviously wasnt ensentivised to try very hard with a manager or sulervisor or whoever that was being so increadibly mean. Honestly, I'd stop tryingnat that point too. I also didnt want to have to listen to whatever would follow when she had to tell the manager we still didnt have our wings. So, knowing they only rang me out for the 1/2 lb, I decided to just leave with what I was eventually able to get.
0 stars. do not go here. not worth your time or money. the kitchen crew seemed ok, but whoever was leading that shift doesnt know how to supervise, and they need someone with much better customer service skills working the counter.

We went and picked up our order on Christmas Eve we got home and went to visit my Mother when we got home my wife was going through the order and noticed that order was not right and we were missing part of our order so I called them the manager said that he had to call the owner then I guess he’s not a manager he said that they are closing I asked if I could at least come in and get the sauce that they forgot to put on one half of our order he told me that I would have to come in on Saturday and talk to the owner that’s all I wanted was the sauce so I can serve dinner he was very nasty and hung the phone up on me I will never walk into this restaurant again $326 for dinner and you treat your customers like this the night before Christmas when they are trying to help keep you in business I’m sure there is other restaurants that would have loved to take my order and if something wasn’t right they would have fixed it very very bad customer service and for the manager he should be fired for treating a customer like that I wouldn’t want someone like that...
