FYE — Attraction in Town of Guilderland

a girl working the counter signed me up for their rewards program with literally no input from me, saying in exact words "you qualify so we're Definitely signing you up" and then just started the sign up process. Didn't really have that big of an issue with it until she reveals right at the end of the 8 minute long sign up that i was dragged through that I will be charged $12 at the end of the month unless i call and cancel. she also told me i get a coupon book full of discounts for many different places, which sounded nice at first. they're not coupons though, they're mail-in rebates. because a discount on my next trip to Seaworld that i Definitely planned on going on is super...

HATE this place. First you move to a smaller, less convenient location and then you rid of some of your merchandise,

THEN you randomly make a charge to my bank account (mind you I haven't been to your store since you switched locations because I hate it that much) and when I called to get a refund, your employee hung up on me.

I work at a law firm in Albany and I will be pursuing legal action, this is ridiculous. How DARE you go into my bank account and steal from me? I sat at work all day today, never even set foot in the mall! How do you just randomly charge someone's account?

I love the look of the new store! Its been a while since I've been to an FYE and they have changed and upgraded their store. Paul, the manager, was super helpful. They have a huge selection of POPs and other pop culture items. It's straight up nerd-vana! And even though they have expanded their selection of collectibles and apparel, they have still managed to keep a fantastic selection of new and used CD's and DVD's/Blu-rays. They had some amazing sales when i was there and I will absolutely be back soon to check in and see whats new and what other sales they will have!...
