I went to a local auto parts store looking for a ECM. They didn't have one in stock but turned me on to Flagship one and said they had one already flashed, a plug and play unit for my 2003 f250, and gave me the number. So I called them right away cause i drove my truck to a mechanic shop just 4 days prior for some minor repairs that they had previously did some work on it. Like deleting the catalytic converter and put in a straight pipe in it's place and left it separated frome the exhaust, and was rattling, and they put a new turbo and new injectors with a fas- pass lift pump in it and installed a new tuner. I was able to drive the truck for less than a week and started having an issue with the tuner blowing the fuse where they plugged it in under the dash. And was having trouble with the truck not wanting to start. Mind you I had them to stop all the oil leaks, stud it, and put a new hydra boost on it, put all new o rings and lift tubes on both sides and new rocker boxes on this truck the first time I took it to them and they had the truck for several months, when i got it back i drove it for a couple weeks and 2 injectors went out. So it was parked for 3 months untill i could upgrade the injectors and turbo and put a tuner on it, any ways. So I drove it back to them and they had it from Friday until Tuesday and they called me and said we got the exaust leaks fixed and ran the truck several times and now it won't start at all, like the starter won't even roll the motor when you turn the ignition. But there is power on the dash and to the tuner, just won't read nothing for codes. Sorry about your luck but we will be glad to pay to have it towed someplace else. NO WE ARE NOT TOWING IT SOMEPLACE ELSE. It was drove there I'm not taking it someplace else to have whatever you did charge me more to fix it. So it that's when I was turned on to FLAGSHIP ONE. I ordered a ECM on the 3rd of this month. And asked them when could I expect the part? It being a friday they said to wait till monday for shipping details, they said it would take 2 to 7 business days for shiping and that they would prioritize it. I called them back on the 10th cause I've still not herd nothing, they said it was in it's final testing and would let me know when it's shipped. On the 13th I called still in final stages of testing. On the 16th I've still not herd nothing, i called them again and they said that there was a mixup with the numbers on the 03 model and the had to redo the order but it is in final testing. I called again on the 20th and they said its in final testing and will be shipped out the next day and I would have conformation in my email. Today is the 22nd and still have nothing frome them. I have since had to have my truck towed from the shop yard or they were going to have it towed. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER WITH FLAGSHIP ONE. Read moreTerrible! The first initial phone call when purchasing was great I even left them a five star review but then I found out what kind of company they really are. They say that it's a plug-in play ECU so that's why I bought it from them when I got it it wouldn't work with the sequence that was in the instructions I had to Google and try to find someone else and experiment with other ECU's programming to get it to work on top of that I asked to speak with somebody in technical support and they said I can send an email but give them up to three days for somebody to respond. I needed to use my truck and now I have this ECU of which I already got rid of my original one so I was screwed. OK finally got it somewhat working but it wasn't working 100% and talk to them about a warranty and they said oh actually you have to get it Reprogrammed so now I'm out of pocket to have a professional come out and reprogram the ECU which they Sold as a plug-in play and that you didn't need the service. That was line number one. After I paid for the guy to come out and try and reprogram it the problem I had still existed and so I sent the truck over to a mechanic and since I had replaced the electronic control unit and it was still having a misfire problem they looked at the truck and found that the unit that they gave me was bad so now I'm back trying to get them to give me another one. I called them today and they said that they would send me an email by the end of today which I don't know why they could just send it to me right then and sure enough I call at 2:30 West Coast and they're already closed without any email having been sent. I have now looked at other reviews and see that there is a pattern indicating that I will likely just get a runaround and if anything I will get a used ECU again that probably won't work. Super frustrated with these guys. If you've read this entire post please use someone else Or at least pay attention to their warranty and ask yourself why they give so many weird details regarding what's included and what's not included. I'm fairly convinced that this is A company based out of the Philippines that has a post office box or something like that in New York. They probably have a small storage shop or something where they just buy old units and ship them out to people and then make the claim that if they don't work they will just give them store credit. Who's going to buy something from them if they can't give you what you need. I think they get lucky sending out use units at work and the ones that they don't they specifically have in their warranty that after so long they will only give you store credit and keep the money. Read moreWell purchased a pcm receive it in the time frame they said it would be in was happy about that. Than installed in my truck and had nothing but problems so much for plug and play. Reach out there tech support for help told me to try a few things it got worse now truck doesn't start at all. Called back they had me do an rma and have not heard back from them still waiting what they want me to do next. Truck has been down now for 3 weeks still nothing. Update it has been like 2 weeks now of renting a vehicle because there module was bad. They have emailed me several times about replacing it but unfortunately still no module yet. Vary frustrating this was not my fault it was there's now it is costing alot more than just taking to dealer and having it done. As far removing my bad review it will only get worst right now. Warranty is taking forever but didn't take them long to take my money and send used module that didn't work. I would never use this company for anything. The BBB will be my next complaint in 3 days if this is not taken care of. We'll new module showed up but still doest work cant get past the key relearn module will not except it. Took truck to dealer new pcm 1 day and truck runs there was locked because the reprogram a used one with wrong software.
