Merrick Commons — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I looooooves me some Merrick Commons! 😉 maybe it’s my insatiable love for everything Home Goods! I visit the store there quite often! I also get manis and pedis done at Green Nail. I hop over to HomeGoods right after. As if I needed a reason to visit HomeGoods! 😜 The Planet Fitness there is relatively new and a hop and a skip away. So not only can I get my workout on… I can get cute and enjoy home retail therapy. What more does a girl want! And the icing on the cake is… wait for it…there is a Sephora opening there soon. Whoo… hoo...

Great little mall. You have Home Goods which has plenty of home goods to choose from. Always has beautiful seasonal items and Sherpas galore. Fun store and a pet section. Everything is far less money here than Petco. Dog sweaters for instance $9.99-12.99 Petco $16,99 to: $24.99 Shampoo $6,99 Petco charges $11 and up. At the check out they have the cutest shopping bags for .99 c ents and they'll pack your new items in there for you....

I would've gave it a 5 star, but I was disappointed when I went there on Friday evening after work, and where they do the fried chicken at along with meals, they close at 6pm...... on a Friday night, ppl getting off from work want to get some good eats there and they closing up as you get off work.
