Went to take pictures with the Easter bunny...had an 11:00 am appointment, by 11:10 we were still waiting, told by two very rude employees, Jake and James that there were technical difficulties and it would be 5-10 minutes. By 11:40 the same rude individuals told us, along with at least 5 other families with small children that they've done everything they're supposed to (sounded scripted), they have no idea what else to do. Instead of letting the families...who already paid, take a few photos with their cell phones and go, we were reprimanded and told it was out of the question. I'm always willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don't blame these guys for the technical problems, however, when you have a problem that you haven't experienced before, you need to problem solve, think on your feet, think outside the box. These two didn't do anything close to that. Good manners cost nothing, and but for their attitude, I MAY have rescheduled the photos, that we've taken with my daughter at WW Mall for the last 5 years. I called their customer service line as soon as we got home and instead of giving me an immediate refund I was told that this representative would discuss it with management and then get back to me with an offer of vouchers. I don't want a voucher, I want a refund. I will NEVER return to use the services with this "bunny experience". If I could give zero...

Read moreGood variety of stores overall in this shopping mall. Just a few observations to note: my phone needed to charge so I proceeded to sit and pay for that service in the massage chairs near the California Pizza Kitchen. Security came by and told me I needed to pay for the privilege of sitting in the chair to which I replied, I have. Security needs to check that patrons have paid for the service before announcing in a loud voice that "these chairs are a business, if you want to sit in them, you need to pay for the service." There is no need to unnecessarily embarrass paying patrons. There is also a need for security to enforce stop signs - someone is going to get killed at the exit by California Pizza Kitchen. I observed at least 30 cars blow the stop sign and witnessed a near vehicle/pedestrian accident. The driver missed hitting the pedestrian by a couple of feet - pedestrians walk at their own peril into and outside of this shopping mall. I certainly won't be visiting again during holidays, if this craziness was going on before holidays, I can only imagine what it'll be...
