GameStop — Attraction in Town of New Hartford

It's always been enjoyable to go to Gamestop ever since meeting Scott 3 years ago in the Oneida NY Gamestop. Big shout out to the New Hartford NY store. Scott the manager has made my experience amazing everytime. I live in between Rome NY Gamestop which 15 mins away and the Oneida NY Gamestop which is also 15 mins away. I travel 35 mins to New Hartford NY Gamestop. I've had a few issues with Rome NY Gamestop And Oneida NY Gamestop after Scott left. So ever since then I usually go out of my way to visit him, if I can arrange the time for it. 10 out of 10 for Scott's Store in New Hartford NY. Gamestop is now actually enjoyable again. Was in the store on 2/24/25 the store manager and his associate Elmer were dealing with a very abrasive and aggressive customer they displayed a great set of customer service skills by not only displaying the highest level of patience in dealing with the other customer being a prick but by being attentive to me as well at the same time. the store is always kept in tip top shape and they always keep the displays orderly and up to date . This is my favorite store by far and I'm always happy to make the trip to this location even though I live in a different area and there is one there.show your support by bringing your business here they are worth it you wont be...

My son and I went in this evening so he could use his gift card. The store was clean, well organized and the employee was wonderful! She was helpful, and I really wish I'd gotten her name. When my son asked about a restroom she was able to let him know that the stores nearby had bathrooms available. Sadly those stores were not as welcoming as GameStop, and wouldn't allow my son to use their facilities. Thank you young lady in GameStop, Buff City Soaps, Five Below and Old Navy could learn a thing or two...
