I bought my fiance a Marquise diamond for her engagement ring and we came to Cunningham's with the intention of making a custom band. Due to the shape of the diamond it was very difficult to find a band that fit well. Brian made us several options using a program in his office before we settled on a design. It only took him 1-2 weeks to finish the wedding band and it came out perfect! He told us before the wedding to stop in and he would polish both the ring (which we did not buy from him) and the band that he made us for free. Excellent service, great prices, and extremely friendly people at this store. If ever we need any customized jewelry in the future we will definitely go back again. I went to Cunningham for a custom piece and it seemed as though they were excited about my idea. I had high hopes. However, I was told multiple times throughout the process that they would send me updates/design via email or text. I never received anything. I constantly had to go in to get updates. The last time I was in I was told I would be emailed options for floral designs for the outside of the piece. I never received anything. I gave up. I understand places get busy, but don't set the expectation that you will send something if you won't. I'm not going to beg a business to take my money. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: I went in to purchase a wedding band and was told to leave after simply asking about price flexibility. The store owner stormed out of the room after stating "we are done here." No other explanation was given. On my way out the owner's son snarkily said to me "good luck with the wedding haha."
