Recently I purchased a gift card that charged to my bank but when they tried to activate it for use, it wouldn't activate for an unknown reason. Instead of refunding the purchase, replacing the "broken" card, or any sort of customer - centric option; I was told to leave the store having paid for something that didn't work and couldn't be used, wait for proof the bank charge happened and then return to the same store (30 min drive for me) with the proof and then "See what could be done about it". I called the store manager a couple days later to confirm (although I had shown him in the moment) that the bank charge had occurred and asked if he could now just issue a refund. After many words about having to check with corporate and again no customer - centric solutions, I firmly said I would be in that evening for a refund and could he please just arrange that with whomever might be at the store.....finally got a yes. I was helped with a refund by the manager on duty but that person while knowing what had happened couldn't be bothered to even offer an apology for all the inconvenience I had been caused. Since I've moved to the Brighton area, I expected to get the same level of service at Pittsford. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I received my artwork creased and bubbled. After taking it back to get fixed, I was given a hard time by staff. I called numerous time to get information on the status of my order and when I can pick it up. It had apparently been done for days, but wasn't called and notified that it was done. After receiving it again, there were still creases and the artwork didn't lay flat. Read moreMy girlfriend went to go pickup an order today and was berated by an employee. The pickup spot was taken so she parked a few spots down per the instructions and had her hazards on. This employee came out was immediately hostile with her about not being able to find her car. She called back in and the phone was answered by the same employee who continued to berate her over the phone when she asked to speak to a manager attempting to justify his blatantly rude behavior. She was transferred to another employee who helpful and understanding (thank you to Kyle, who is the only reason this is a two star review), but this is unacceptable. No need to take aggression out on people who have nothing to do with your terrible...
